nobody understands English , coughing and spitting over my food ! So many health code violations .I did an online order the lady refused to give me my sandwich because she can’t understand also had an ear bud in talking on phone ignoring me when I try to tell her it’s my sandwich. I’m on my lunch break after going back n forth showing her my receipt I had to just walk out . It needs to be at least 1 person that can understand and speak and read English I don’t recommend this location

They sat there prepping bread for 15 mins while customers waited. Then started online orders never spoke up and said we’ll be right with you…literally nothing. Rude and still after 15 mins they didn’t say anything so I left these people here are rude.

Very disgustingly rude employee I believe her name is Louisa or something of that nature. Doesn't greet when. & Who has an attitude with an innocent child who was trying to get her order together. This employee literally rolled her eyes, smacked her lips, at my child. I corrected her behavior right in that moment. She should not be employed if she doesn't know how to deal with people. From the comments it seem like this is a common thing with her

Came in on a Saturday not busy at all. The girl that worked behind counter gave NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Very rude ,not helpful at all,barely would speak. She sucked and should not be working in front. While eating our food,another customer came in and she was very rude to her as well,that customer walked out. No telling how many customers the Subway has lost because of her. I have worked customer service for many years and in my opinion Get rid of her!
