I just left this subway no more than five minutes ago and I didn’t receive any acknowledgment that I was in their facility. My family and I began to start our order when the worker asked the guest behind us what they wanted and ignored us as if we were not standing there . The sad part is I believe they purposely ignored us . ( I’m an American American ) our guest behind (caucasian) . I never ever what to say that’s an excuse but it was written all over their face . I hope the manager redirect them in the best professional way possible. To better help their business.

Terrible customer service. Walked in, didn’t get greeted. Stood there for about 2-3 minutes and they just continued doing what they were doing. Didn’t acknowledge me. I wouldn’t mind waiting until they were done doing whatever they were doing but seriously, not even say a word? Terrible customer service. I just walked out the door.

This location stated that it could only give 3 olives per six inch sandwich with a maximum of nine olive on a sandwich. I'm paying for a sandwich with veggies on it not just bread and meat... Absolutely ridiculous this location is ridiculously stupid, never in my life have I been restricted on veggies. We will never be back

I hate this place so much. This was my second time going and yet again they messed up my online order. Idk if they HATE ovens or what, but my order cleary says toasted and it never happens. I have to open it in front of them to have them redo it. Then they act like it’s my fault. The ladies at the front BARELY speak any English, which isn’t a issue until they don’t know the difference between a foot long and a 6 I will not be returning here again.
