We placed an order online and paid. Went to the Subway store to pickup our order the guy said they are out of all kinds of chicken, lettuce. We asked for our refund the guy said I’m new here I don’t know how to do it and my coworker just left. He called his Manager Emma and explained the situation she hung up on him while we are watching the whole situation. Now we did not receive our food nor our refund. We were asked to leave our information so manager can contact us. I mean what kind of business is this?? I would tell everyone to AVOID this place or you will get scammed. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT SUBWAY!!!!

Everytime I come here they are out of everything such as ranch, cheese, onions, etc. and their bread is not fresh and hard as a rock. They never give napkins to their guests like they’re trying to save money. Do not recommend at all, worth the drive to go down to w lake Houston and beltway.

Absolutely the worst subway ever!Both of the ordered sandwiches were the wrong and nasty!This place gives Subway a bad name, shoul take their franchise away!Old chewy bread, old veggie, rotten tomatoes, no banana peppers and of course this place decided to stop carrying the black olives.

I placed an order for 2 foot longs for me, my husband and a 6 inch for my 5 year old. My conformation email said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I stood inside the store for an hour waiting for my food to be made, all while 12 plus customers walked inside, ordered and got their food immediately. I got put off and ignored. The way business is being ran is completely backwards. Online orders should be made in-between walk in customers. Not only did my order get put aside and ignored, but when my order was finally being made, the employee kept stopping and randomly restocking items and doing side tasks, which ultimately extended the time on making my order. There was no communication between the employees, and from my experience causes a lack of customer service. When I got home, the bacon on my sandwich was not cooked either. I have always ordered at this location because it is convenient for me and my family. This location is due for new management and overall training for all employees. I will not be coming back and I will find another location to go to even if that means going way out of my way for a better experience. With prices going up on everything, I chose to spend my hard earned money here when I could have stayed home or went somewhere else. I've also had other incidents at this location but this tops it off.

The girl who serviced me today had one ear phone in so she couldn’t hear anything I was saying. I had to correct her multiple times because of it. She slapped my cookies on the counter and broke two of them. Customer service is terrible. Get better workers please!

I'll never be back to this location . The black girl in there last night around 8 pm to 9pm, is the rudest person I've ever seen working at subway . I walked in with a happy face , walked up to her said " how are you " ...she jus legit ignored me ..straight up ignored me to do a to go order ...never said hey , hold on nothing. She won't get far in life with that attitude & if I was the manager here I'd let her go asap cause she's gonna ruin your business. I felt bad for the girl workin with her cause it was the most awkward situation watching them work together & the black girl gave her nothing but dirty looks & never even try to be friendly the entire time I was in there ! Close this location asap !This girl has piercings all over her face.

This makes me really sad to post because I’ve always had a good experience here. However, on Saturday when I went in after work I got two sandwiches. One for then and one for later that night. The first one was okay, I noticed the bacon wasn’t as crispy as normal but I still ate it, the second sandwhich that I had for dinner that night was horrid. The bacon wasn’t cooked (almost at all). I couldn’t even chew it. I thought it was the lunch meat because it was so pale in color. But nope it was completely raw bacon. I tried calling to speak with a manager but no one had answered. I won’t be returning sadly.Picture attached is of the bacon. It’s a very long string like piece. It almost looks like the lettuce.

The store opens at 8 but they said the meatballs don’t get put out until 10. Very odd. Is that a new policy for this location? I had to drive to another location for the meatballs

This location has friendly staff, however, the management seems to be cutting corners and do not plan ahead when ordering supplies. This location is often out of their meats, vegetables, etc. I stop in to this location several times a month and it is hit and miss whether they have supplies.
