Stopd by to get a sandwich for my son's field trip it's the only subway open early enough to us. We were there as soon as it opened, the opening lady was very nice and prompt.

I live in Denver. I stopped going to Subway because the store near my house because the quality of the food had dropped considerably. I am visiting Houston and my son and i stopped at Subway for lunch. Let me tell you, the quality of food at this location was superb! I had the steak and cheese on multigrain and it was delicious! Kudos to this Subway for restoring my faith in the chain. I believe that the particular store in Denver is just a bad apple in a bunch.

I went to this particular Subway on 10/01/2025 at 7:35 last night and the two people working in there just couldn’t be bothered with customers. I waited patiently for my turn because there was only one other customer besides my family, so I waited because I had a question about the app I had because of the special they had of the buy 1 foot long and get the other for a $1.00. The one server told me I couldn’t get the special unless I did it on line which I understood and he disappeared from the front. I was having problems with the app and asked the other server for help and instead of her trying to help me she told me it doesn’t work. Now help me if you can and tell me what is wrong with people having these customer service jobs and don’t even comprehend what customer service is or just to sorry to do there jobs. I think it’s something to be said about people who are in management positions. Check the people you have running your business. After all that we ended up leaving the place without ordering anything because of the rudeness. They deserve zero stars
I just got a sandwich here and I told the lady what meat i wanted and she put it on the sand witch. The thing is she barley put and meat on the scoop when I asked her if she can put a little more meat on the sandwich she said it will be extra. How could it be extra if you didn't even fill the scoop up. Getting food is expensive enough with out having yall skim on the portions. Do better subway!

The young girl is so rude, we came in at 8:15pm and the store closes at 9pm. We saw her though the window sighing and throwing her hands in the air like it was the worst sight for her to see. While telling her what we wanted she literally threw the meats and cheese onto our sandwiches and slapped them back in the bins so hard the cheese bounced out and went into a meat bin. The young guy barely speaks or even looks up at you while you order and neither of them can make a decent sandwich. Uneven meats, uneven toppings, one side full of sauce the other dryer than my front lawn after a drought. Everytime we’ve came here it was just a horrible experience all around. Save your money, go to the McDonalds Nextdoor.I genuinely don’t understand how they have any good ratings here. Subway must pay people so act like they like it here.
Price was listed in 2 spots for turkey sandwich at a lower price than what I was charged. When I asked or a refund on the difference, I was told the 2 prices posted were wrong and they would be changed. I was refused a refund by the lady who appeared to be the manager on duty.

The young lady and man working on 5/4/2025 At 4:50pm were terrible and had the worst attitude. The girl made a mistake and put mustard when we asked for mayo then acted like it was a problem to correct her mistake when she was rushing in the first place. She lazily corrected it by removing everything then tried to just slap cold cheese on it and call it a day. Which would be fine if her attitude wasn’t so careless like she didn’t wanna be there! And the guy also seemed to have a problem with bagging, etc. overall just really left me and my husband mad! We are kind and patient people it wasn’t right to leave feeling the way we did!
