Listen Linda! Us "gringas" habla espanol!! Cuidado ? Nothing more ignorant than talking about customers in a language you think others dont understand. Anywho, made my order via app (which still offers olives) and arrived to pick up. 1. The churro tasted a day old (cold and rubber like) 2. Both sandwiches were to be taosted-to which the meat was still refrigerator cold. And 3. Store was dirty! It has been awhile since ordered from here, because half the time the app dont work or the door is locked. So I was pretty disappointed again today.

Last night (08-23-2023), Wednesday at 08:25 pm, my wife tried to go into this location and the door was closed for business, and this is 35 minutes prior to the closing time, and I called from home to the store no one answer the phone for the first two attempts, then a woman answered and told me the store will be closing in 10 minutes, and I asked the lady how come your front door is closed where my wife couldn’t enter, she hung up on me. Once my wife came home we both drove down to the store at 08:40 pm and the door was opened that time, when I inquired as to why the closed business for regular subway customers, she couldn’t answer and with a attitude she walked inside and never came back. I met this couple and they complained the same situation which had happened to them on the same time few minutes before my wife arrived to the store, but she had opened the door for them and he said it was 08:20 pm. This is BAD BUSINESS FOR SUBWAY …. This woman who worked last night shift should be under disciplinary action.. she doesn’t know neither her job nor any customer service at all.. all she got is “ ATTITUDE “
