It’s Taco Bell what do you expect? Average food, served in a plain environment. When my kids were younger (40s now), we visited this location weekly. Now we visit 2-3 times a year. This location is outside a mall, in a busy area.

I ordered the discovery lux box for my husband, brother, and myself and it’s like the workers there do not care at all and just throw your food in the bag. My brothers taco wasn’t even wrapped let alone any meat on the taco. It’s pathetic and disgusting, not even any lettuce or cheese!!!!

Asked the manager to take my order, she directed me towards the kiosk where everyone touches, and no one sanitizes after every use. I ordered and still had to come back and pay at the counter. What kinda system yall got going on, make it longer wait for the customer.

This used to be a good spot to eat—until today. The customer service I witnessed was completely unacceptable. One employee was kind and genuinely trying to help what looked like a DoorDash or Uber Eats driver. But the other two? Rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional—not just to the driver, but to the customer he was on the phone with.

The customer asked if the order could be remade since it had been sitting out for a while. One of the rude employees responded in Spanish, basically saying, “they can take it like that.” Really? The kind employee tried to explain that there were a lot of false orders before that one, but still—that doesn’t give anyone the right to speak to people that way.

To make matters worse, one of them was rude to another customer who simply wanted to order fries. He didn’t see them listed and asked for help, and she responded with attitude—in Spanish—while pretending to assist him.

I’ve worked in customer service for years, and what I saw today was insane. I understand being overwhelmed, but that doesn't justify treating people poorly. If you want customers to keep coming back, fix your attitude and stop encouraging that rude “follower” behavior. Would you want cold food that’s been sitting out? No! So treat people the way you’d want to be treated. I was going to have my lunch there, but I left after witnessing how those two were treating the customers, porque cuando se trata de mi comida no juego!

Manager very rude and disrespectful refused to take our order we were on lunch trying to grab a bite to eat she made us late to get my lady back to work from her lunch break and they make you use the kiosk which puts you further behind if you're trying to get a quick meal I wouldn't recommend going here she not customer friendly very rude....😌
