It is a place with very rude people. I only asked for help to help me order since I don't know how to use the machine and the employee yelled at me, she lacks a lot of education.

absolutely horrible. Went for dine in. only can order on kiosks, then had question on special order due to allergies, the wait was so long to try and get help the kiosks timed out so I had to re order my food again, the wait was worse then a sit down restaurant of waiting over 30 minutes. Then the order for special item was incorrect so we had to ask them to re do order for that item which took a while to point I had another appointment to go to so took item to go only to find they still had the order in correct. the only people getting normal service time was drive thru. If you had a mobile order or you had a delivery order, the wait was horrible. I was extremely generous to give 1 star it should be zero star or partial at best. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Went through the drive through on 3/08/25 at 7:15pm. Thought everything was in our bag and drove off. Got home around 8pm and then noticed about half of what we ordered was missing. Tried calling the store that evening only for no one to pick up. Called back 03/09/25 at 1pm to the manager/supervisor being rude and unhelpful. They only response was, they weren't working that shift and call back later this afternoon or evening when that manager was on duty. Sorry that is no way to help customers. They omitted to getting multiple other calls from people who were missing item from their order the pervious evening.

I could not wait until I got home and write this review! lets start with when I pulled up to the speaker to place my order, I was greeted by an automated order taker... I started thinking, okay this is cool! I placed my order... so far so good... I pulled up to the drive thru window and I was greeted by what I thought was a very pleasant young lady.. she read my order back to me && I reiterated PLEASE no sour cream on ANYTHING not even the box I ordered... she then looks at the screen and then speak over her headset to I guess the manager/cook to say I didn't want sour cream on ANYTHING... I then hear the person she was speaking to VERY LOUDLY say "tell her she can go around, that's why they ask you at the speaker do everything looks correct on the screen" Which I thought was absurd because to my knowledge he had to remake 1 beefy 5 layer burrito && why am I going around? there is literally no one behind me.. (I didn't mention that when I pulled up to the window the first time the young lady had me drive backwards to the speaker and the drive back up to the window... so I know this was a tactic used to cheat on their time of service ) but anyways, the guy is just rambling more telling the drive thru cashier to tell me things , he was very loud and very rude!! to which I responded that she didn't have to tell me anything, had not the young lady already slid my card, I would have drove off and he could have added my whole 30 dollar order to his waste honestly. I asked for his name... the drive thru employee told me that she was new and that she didn't know his name... I asked her if she could ask him to come to the window so that I could get his name... and I didn't get a response, after handing me the food, I asked one last time if I could get the name of the guy who was speaking, and the young lady told me that he could not come to the window, because he said he had something else to do! very disgusting customer service... over the remake of 1 beefy five layer burrito?? and when asked to be provided with a receipt , I was not given one. it was sad really, how can someone be in charge of serving people food with that type of attitude? just wanted to share my story though... even though I know nothing ever happens to people like him, he is going to go on to feed many more people in that establishment with that exact same attitude. He doesn't have to worry about me coming spending my hard earned dollar at that place ever again... Ill gladly leave my home in Humble and drive to the Taco Bell in Spring Tx where I know they pride themselves on how great their customer service is before I EVERRRR go back to this location... 1 star is being nice.... I give it a 0

Took a long time to get our food. Then I was missing a taco from two of my box meals and the worker argued with me for a bit saying that they were in the bags. We ate the food there and divided all the food out to who ordered it and of course the tacos were missing.. had to have my husband go up and show her again that we were definitely missing them.

I go to this Taco Bell a lot since we are close by it and every time me and my family go it is just a easy breeze they ask for the Oder and I always get the same thing 3 soft tacos regular (I think) with most of the time a sprite sometimes I change it up and most of the time I get fries. Most of the time it doesn’t take long
for them to get our Oder and the food always tastes good so I recommend going here if you live close.

The food was decent, but my crunchy taco fell apart, however still edible. My tortilla for burrito was kinda rubbery and hard to chew, but it was a good flavor. Maybe food was not made fresh because they are common items.
