This place has really gone down hill. Food comes out looking like it was put together in a blender. The people that are working there literally have the worst customer service. They are rude and can’t get an order down to safe their life. Taco Bell is great so if you are trying to get some just go the extra mile and avoid this location.

This was my first time in several weeks going to this location. I'm not sure if Taco Bells prices have gone up, but when you're simply trying to feed your family on a budget... and then told your total is $70.58... is crazy! I ordered the 12 pack Taco box (all supreme) 30.99
2 chalupa meal 12.99. Nacho Supreme 7.34 and some other items.
What's happening, Taco Bell..... please stop it with these too high prices.

Went here at 1:45 pm today to order and some one blasted music so loud that the lady could not take my order , I suggested ordering at the window because I was the only one in drive thru then she yelled at me saying no to turn the music down and come inside ! I corrected her and told her that it was not our music and then I said nevermind ! I’m in a hurry.

Cashier Michelle T was so rude. She literally stopped the guy I was placing my order with and started screaming in the drive thru speaker at me because I wanted to make sure my order was correct. I was the only car in line and her behavior should be rated a 0. Than after I got my order the young Hispanic man at window stared me down as if he was threatening me. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru and the food was not good
I asked why so long. She said because there were so many customers inside. That has nothing to do with drive thru. $20.20 wasted time and money.

Waited over 40 minutes for my food. I ordered through the app so I had 2 choices…wait for the food or wait 7-10 business days for a refund. I patiently waited and once we got our food I asked for the new hot sauce packs. I asked for 3. Only 3. Mind you the hot sauce is the small packs that are the same size as their Taco Bell sauce packs. They said it was 20 cents a piece. I told them I waited for 40 minutes waiting patiently for my family’s food. I just wanted 3 which would be 60 cents…. I didn’t ask for a free drink or a food item or anything excessive…. I asked for 3 packets of hot sauce…. They insisted that they seriously couldn’t just give 60 cents away even though I watched 10-15 cars leave because the wait for food was way too long. Go ahead and calculate the amount profit they lost because of their wait time at a FAST FOOD FACILITY. I’m extremely upset about the 40 minute wait time but the interaction that 60 cents of sauce packets was to big of an ask on a $50 order is absolutely insane. Considering Taco Bell is a franchise and not corporate, I’ll be sure to make the extra drive to any other location…..be so fr rn.

Per my screenshots, my order was placed at 9:30 PM. I took a picture that included a time stamp at 10:00 PM while there was a car still in front of us. At 10:15 is when we finally received our food.

Just waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. For only 2 people were working. I didn’t get my drinks. I asked questions and the “girl and boy” because that’s what they have working, aren’t responsible enough. It was ridiculous

At Taco Bell. I tried 3 × 2 get my order. My free order and 3 times they told me a different story. Because I hadn't logged it in or something over the phone I tried 3 times all 3 times yet. I had poor service with the I don't know if management or whoever was at the window. And it really took me off. So last night I just told him I don't want nothing from and I left. And this the one on will Clayton. Taco Bell on will Clayton and a Texas. Casita wrote right behind perch. I mean, yeah, right behind Chase Bank. That's a sorriest place I've ever been 3 times they were still. I still didn't get nothing free so I just closed out. I took it and taken it off my phone. And then Taco Bell. I don't even wanna talk to him no more. But I know, it's not meant I mean, your management's problem, but you got some sorry sorry people working for you. I'm sorry to have to say it like that, but that's the way I feel that's the way I really felt last night, but it's okay, things happen. But I'm just tired of trying to get an order in and they're telling me not well, you didn't sign it and I know good. Well, I did because the paper told me, I mean, my phone told me go pick it up. I want you to pick it on and then God, just you aint sending and you, you gotta go through the phone, you know all this? I thought but never mind.I'll never dare again.Sorry just to say it like that , but i'm sorry bye

If you are looking for a job, I would not recommend working this place, Now it been months since I worked in this place and I’m not sure if they had new General manager but I know one thing.

If Geo still the General Manager there, he does NOT care about his employees.

1. Whenever he visits this location, employees are not allowed to take a lunch break until he leaves the store.

I don’t know what his issue with people eating their food or taking a break especially it an UNPAID break.

There one time, my manager had ask me to come to work early and I didn’t had time to make my lunch, when I went to work.

Geo is there so I’m not allowed to take a break until he leaves, I had working from 12 pm to 9 pm and not getting breaks because Geno is there and when he leaves.

I still couldn’t take a break because I had to help new employee in drive thru, so I didn’t eat anything until I clock out.

Then later, my manager let me take my lunch break.

I was eating my lunch in lobby and he saw me, he went to talk to my manager behind my back and speaking in Spanish so I didn’t understand him.

My manager spoke in English that I was taking my break and that how I know he is talking behind my back over an UNPAID break.

He had a nerve to do that even though he the one who eating his food in lobby like a king.

2. He sent me out to the dumpster to scraped up all the oil that on the ground, it wouldn’t be such big deal if my uniform wasn’t all black and if it wasn’t like 90 or 100 degree.

I worked on the oil for one or two hours and went inside the store to drink some water so I don’t pass out from heat stroke, my manager went to check on me and making sure I was okay because my face was all red.

I went inside and even though I was tired and hot, Geno only give me five minutes break.

He is very lucky that I didn’t pass out because if I pass out, my father would been angry.

3. You didn’t get access to your pay stubs.

Apparently they used an app where you get your pay stubs but in order to do that, you had to sent an email to Geno.

I had used my email username three times but I hadn’t received any to do with that app.

4. He get mad at you for telling the customers that you understaffed and telling the customers that you don’t had any beef.

There one time we don’t had any beef and Geno gets mad when we told the customers we don’t had any beef, just chicken and steak.

So if you plan on working this place, don’t.

Geno doesn’t care about you or his employees.

Friendly staff. This location seems to be more consistent than most when it comes to portion size and assembling the tacos/burritos. There’s always enough sour cream/lettuce etc.

Vegetarian options: The bean burrito has been the GOAT since the 90’s. They’ve done a decent job keeping the price low
