They have an AI taking orders for the drive though that can not understand a simple order. Pulled forward to let the window know it kept repeating the same question. Window told me they can not take my order I have to go back around and try again. Waste of time.

I was literally served trash. This is the worse Taco Bell I have ever went to. My food looks horrible like someone’s left overs. I don’t generally leave bad reviews but this is terrible. I wouldn’t serve this to my dog.

Never thought I would experience the worst taco bell I've ever been to in this area. Not only did I have to wait around 30 minutes for 2 items, they still got my order incorrect. Not only that, it was thrown together sloppily. Do yourself a favor and just go to the better food options in the area.

If you want good Taco Bell this is definately the location to come to. Came for a snack however they hooked it up. I get the same quesadilla from every where but damn it was good this time. Will definately be driving over here again. This our new location.

The whole circus they make you run with the drive thru is complete crap. They are just trying to fluff their operating numbers to their franchise. I had to go back around to get my food cause it wasn’t ready. I got stuck behind cars and ended up having to wait longer than usual.

Went there today and ordered my favorite burrito but I was disturb as I was watching them make my food one of the employees just got done sweeping with gloves on put the broom down and got on the line to make food with the same gloves she touched the broom with I replied she just got done sweeping I don't want her touching my food they all looked at me stupid got made and didn't give me what I paid for this is why people don't get business anymore I was a manager at taco bell 6 years and I don't play like that the manager was right there watching her that is disgusting I wouldn't dare let my employees do that wash your damn hands

The manager is rude . Made an order and because I wanted to ch he my taco to side shell they told me to get back in line. I had never heard of that and will never go back to this location. Employees and manager are all rude. Long as I sat at the window they could hv made me another soft taco.
