This taco bell is not very good. They did not get the order right and the taste is not quality. The manager needs to check the quality of the food and train the employees on how to correctly take orders

The service here is awful. I have never experienced what I have experienced at this Taco Bell. I placed an online pickup order through the app. A tall skinny white guy in a black Taco Bell shirt gave me my drinks. I had wanted both drinks with no ice. So he handed me the first drink and said, “here’s your first drink, no ice” and “here’s the second drink.” I said, “sorry, I wanted to get both drinks with no ice.” He told me that the only thing he could do was give me another cup. I asked him what I’m supposed to do with an empty cup and he said and I quote, “you can pour your drink yourself, from cup to another.” I was pretty much speechless at his words. Never have I ever experienced something like that ever. This guy knows absolutely nothing about customer service. What is Taco Bell thinking when keeping this man employed.

I'm not sure, but it's always consistent. You can make some great meals when you special order. Try the potatoes with... It's better than Dennys and more affordable, too. I can't promise it's healthy, EAT AT OUR OWN RISK. WHEN IT COMES TO FAST FOOT.

Ok, this my first Taco Bell here in Houston. I just got off work and thought I haven’t had Taco Bell in quite some time.
One word: Satisfying!
I downloaded the app for a 5 layer freebie and ordered an extra cheesy double beef.
They were hot, tasty, put on the sauce. Done!
Maybe my expectations weren’t too high, but Hot! Thanks. I’ll need to visit here again, soon.
The server was nice and the food came really fast. Granted Google said they’re not too busy, but that’s fine. Hot and fresh is what I got.
I’ll keep you posted for later visits. It seems some aren’t so happy with their orders…?

Very rude service. The server told me to use the kiosk. Even though they weren't busy. He was condescending the entire time. Even at the very end of service. I asked for sauce packets. He again, directed me to do self serve. He motioned his hand and was like "They're over there!." The food was terrible too. There was hardly no meat or toppings. This location has gone down! I'd rather travel down the street, to the summer creek location.
Guy working the window at 2:23 in the morning refused to give us receipts. Over charged me for food and it was cold. He said receipt printer wasn’t working.

My husband got the soft tacos combo and as he takes his first bite from his second taco he pulls a long strain of hair from his mouth. He took it to the counter and they try to tell him that no one in back has that hair. There was nothing but hispanic females in back with no hair nets on. They just gave him another taco, but unfortunately he had already lost his appetite.
