Joselyn was rude and didnt seem like she cared enough for her job, I get things happen but when your rude about it thats not good customer service especially if we go there alot and spend money. She gave us our food and shut her drive thru window, not even have a good day or even gave us straws... where is good customer service anymore....

I ordered 6 sides of ground beef and they gave me a tablespoons worth of meat for each taco and said this was the correct serving size . This location can never get anything right with our order it's always something

I ordered a burrito grilled, steak, onions and sauce... got a sad tortilla and a pinch of steak.
I ordered a quesadilla and it wasn’t grilled... paid almost $20 to come home and do it myself. Tried to call the restaurant and corp, one line was busy and the other said call back when we're open.

Saw this really cute guy get excited about the bell yall have and after he ordered i watched like three people get their order before him and they were huge orders and all came in after him. I didnt get to see him ring the bell. Disappointed.

Whoever is back there that made this tonight…get them out of there😭 every single Taco Bell I’ve ever been to has given me delicious filled tacos and THIS is what I pay for here? There’s enough meat in there for a single bite of taco in my boyfriend’s street tacos and thanks for the 6 damn potatoes in mine😐 I wish I could give 0 stars but alas I have to give you one to leave this review. Do better👍
Have been here many a time since moving to atasocita. Read some reviews and I dunno who these people are seeeing because everytime I come I get great and polite service. Even tonight, the young lady at the window went to the lobby to check if a drink I wanted was available there, and has even went as far as having them check in the back to see if they can get it, Kiana is the best, and went above and beyond. Thank you. Live màs.
