The night shift employees are too busy laughing and playing instead of making orders correctly. I asked for everything to be made fresh 1/4 things came out warm & my order wasn’t correct. Asked them to remake & fix the error… food still didn’t come out fresh & I was given the same exact thing . This has happened on multiple occasions, I won’t be back .

Order my food online for delivery and I just received half of my order. I just called to complain. No answer ... spent $50 to not even get half of my food. My drinks Were watery and my tacos were Soggy. Never again Taco bell.

I want to give these 5 stars to the 2 ladies at the drive through! At 3pm, 3-5-25, They cared enough to make sure my order was correct and what I wanted and they were so nice and friendly about it! They are so polite! These two ladies deserve the best!

Ordered steak garlic nacho fries and they gave me regular unseasoned fries with no steak or pico. Just cheese and ranch. They always mess up my order this was my last straw after a long day and looking forward to eating this lol 😭

Tried out the new AI drive through located here. Although still monitored by a human, it was a trip taking a customized order so accurately and out of order. Didn't intentionally do it but it was still correct with the adjustments requested for my meals. Looking forward to the next one!
Vegetarian options: The meat substitutes are not a bad choice as a normal item. Still cross contamination is possible if you are THAT person.
Never been told before that I couldn't order more than 2 orders through drive-thru. But miss molly stated that. There was no one behind me. Can someone tell me if that is true? Or is someone who just didn't want to work
The staff was quick and precise with our order despite the crazy long line in the drive thru, and were able to get everyone their food in a very timely manner

This place use to be the best around. Now it's subpar at best. Nothing was stocked in the diner... sauces, napkins, utensils, lids, straws... not to mention the kiosk system. I despise that system. If you have a question it takes them awhile to get to you and forever more for me to figure out how to customize every single item.

Crosby location: The workers I've had were nice and helpful, with the exception of one lady, but I'm not going to hold that against the whole establishment. The food is good if it's freshly made. I've gotten some food that it was very obvious that it had been made for a while and sitting under the warmers for quite some time!!! «Ŋo Ɓueno» Bright side 🌞 I can't wait until they are done building the Ĥighlands Tąč̣º Ɓëlĺ location... 🤗 I §ųŕë hope it's going to be Gõõɗ… 🤞😬🤞
