I ordered a big party box and yall know that it cost extra to get supreme. They confirmed that I wanted the supreme taco party box and confirmed I wanted mild and hot sauce. Everything is on my receipt. I got a box of regular tacos with no sauce at all. No napkins nothing. To top it off. The meat was so wet in the taco by the time I made it home 6 min down the road the tacos were falling apart and wet at the bottom. I had to get other food. The bottom was sticking to the paper it came wrapped in.

I’ve been to this location several times before, and honestly, my experiences weren’t the best mainly because of poor customer service. But tonight was a pleasant surprise!
I went through the drive-thru and was greeted warmly right away. Even though I was a little indecisive, I never felt rushed or pressured. I had two separate orders, and Enrique handled everything smoothly without a hint of attitude.
When I pulled up to the window, Enrique greeted me again with a smile. My food was hot, fresh, and ready when I arrived. I took a moment to check my order before driving off, and he stayed patient and polite the whole time. He even wished me a great night!
It might seem simple, but after a few disappointing visits, that level of kindness and professionalism really stood out. I don’t know if Enrique is the manager, but if he’s not, he should be. Every employee could learn a thing or two from the way he treats customers!

I ordered the Discovery Luxe Box and was disappointed.
The chalupas - I can’t even explain how they were. Stale, dry, tasted a day old and put together in such a horrible way.
The chips also tasted stale as well.
Burrito no flavor at all
The only thing decent was the Mountain Dew Baja Blast.
I keep trying to give this place chance after chance and it seems their employees and management don’t care.

Made me wanna donate 2 dollars to whatever cause she was talking about. Sumn about helping kids graduate idk tbh I didn’t really care I was just so surprised to have received such amazing customer service at a taco bell that is so rare and I hope taco bell realizes that she is a true asset to the team. Ok this was a nice find. I was really shocked at how clean the store was because of the other restaurants in the area. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was quiet as well. It appeared everyone in the back was working together which was so refreshing to see. Good job👏🏻

It depends usually it’s okay when I order n they get it wrong or don’t follow directions so I end up just having tell them again at window but food is good when it wants to be! When ordering burrito they put more beans in burrito then anything so I have to tell them don’t put much or less cause they over do it N they barely give u chicken or beef unless they charge u!
