This place is in terrible condition. The lights don’t even work properly, and there are leaks coming from the ceiling and walls. You have to ring a doorbell just to get someone to come out front. The whole place smells awful, like a sewer. It’s honestly embarrassing to see a food business run like this.

I don’t understand how we can place a curbside order at 3:40 pm, arrive at 3:37 pm and your workers say there hasn’t been an order placed, that they haven’t received any online orders 😒 and the place doesn’t have any curbside parking spaces or at least protocol in place. I get it…everything costs when running a business but you all are a large chain corporation! This has happened too many times. Now here it is, 3:56 pm and we can’t cancel the order either. Do better!

I most said the food was delicious.but brisket combo.and the young lady charge me additional for drink.when combo surposed to come with a drink for $11.99 w tax $12.75 so I in up paying $15.84

The facility is literally falling apart. Ceilings have water damage in the waiting room. Lighting is dim and flickering. Bathroom ceiling was caving in. Very unsavory restrooms in general. Would not dine in here again.

The manager was very unprofessional I heard them refer to me as a black girl seemed very racial to me she didn’t even want to come out and talk to me even with the restaurant being empty I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN ITS NOT WORTH IT SHE SHOULD HE FIRED FOR POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS!

Would give zero stars if I could. We come weekly and they can’t get basic orders right. It’s not difficult to make items with no dairy. They are rude and disrespectful to customers when THEY are wrong. They want to argue with you about speaking louder when they didn’t even ask to speak louder. The ladies there have zero respect and trashy with their interactions. Watch your videos with interactions with customers. Today around 11:20-11:30 ish. Trash. Train better and teach better. Coming in with an attitude and expecting someone to not get an attitude back is bonkers. Read back your orders. Never again at this location.
