Good breakfast place. Update Nov 17, 2024! Went yesterday for lunch. Love the food and service. However, prices have gone up too far for Mexican food. I paid $41 ( included 20% tip) for a flaute plate, cheese chili releno plate, coffee, and coke. Will not be going weekly anymore. Maybe...maybe quarterly now. Too many other options at $40+ for 2 for lunch.

Saturday night we decided to go out for dinner we chose the patio area. it was a nice night. service and food was as good. When it came to the bill I notice 18% gratuity was added for 2 adults and 2 kids on the patio. I gave her my credit card once it came back with the receipt i notice that the waitress picked up the the ticket rapidly once she put done the one ticket i had to sign. it seem sketchy So she was expecting to get an additional tip just because we had 2 margaritas she thought she can get away with CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK YOU TICKET. NOW IN DAYS YOU HAVE TO HAVE A DESIGNATED PERSON TO GOT OVE THE BILL. I NORMALLY TIP 20%. For good service BUT I DONT LIKE WHEN PPL THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. 6 ppl more per table I know all restaurants do an auto gratuity but. 2 adults and 2 kids on Saturday evening I’ve never seen that.

Taquerias Arandas nails it. First off, the margaritas are absolutely amazing—seriously some of the best I’ve had in a long time. They’ve got that perfect blend of freshness and strength without being overly sweet. Now, let’s talk food. The queso fundido con chorizo? Just wow. Creamy, cheesy perfection with chorizo that’s clearly made with love. And that chorizo… it’s easily some of the best around. Rich, flavorful, and just the right level of spice.
I tried the California burrito, and it didn’t disappoint either. Packed with flavor, and their homemade tortillas really elevate everything. There’s just something about a fresh, homemade tortilla that adds an extra level of authenticity and taste to every bite.
If you’re looking for that unbeatable mix of incredible margaritas, authentic Mexican flavors, and quality homemade tortillas, Taquerias Arandas should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

My sister and I were meeting another person for bowling and since we had some time to kill we stopped here to eat. I'm unable to recall what my sis ordered, but I choose pancakes with ham. When my food arrived I thought they were joking. Pancakes were the usual size, but why did the ham look like it was pressed and only 1/2 of a 1/2 in size. Trust me when I say. I'll never give them my business again. Wished I had taken a pic!

This Arandas has a drive thru. But the sign where you order is not hooked up. However; you may call the order in and tell them you will pick up at the drive through window, no getting out the car. Or just go to the drive thru window, there is a person waiting.

Everything was delicious, with the exception of the music ambient! Been here for about an hour and the restaurant seems to only have an album CD of the same playing over and over and over again. I’m not even kidding when I say that they’ve saved me a trip to this guys concert because by now I’ve listened to every damn song this musician has ever made. Unless you’re a big fanatic of Christian Nodal don’t come here or at least bring some AirPods.

My family was in town for just 24 hours and really wanted to get our fill of delicious Houston eats. I was wildly surprised to learn that not only could I get Taquerias Arandas delivered, but that I could get offerings from the whole menu beginning at 7am!
