Thoughts, when a customer calls up due to there order being incorrect, maybe don’t blame them for grabbing the wrong order(especially when you handed it to them).
Secondly, at least apologize before you make said customer drive back and bring you the incorrect bowl in order to get the correct one.
Thirdly, at least offer something for the inconvenience(transparency, if they had felt genuinely bad...

First of most I want to say Asia is completely awesome. I arrived at 8:58PM and she informed me that they’ll be closing in 2 minutes. I apologized for coming in at that time and was about to leave and Asia replied “oh no, I’m taking your order I just was informing you, we still have 2 minutes.” She did not say it in a way to rush me at all, but to inform me of the hours.I then stated it was my first time there and I wouldn’t know what to get.
