The wait is a little long, but the food is worth it and you will likely have leftovers. On busy holidays you have to book a reservation way ahead of time but on less busy days a reservation is helpful but not totally required. The workers and atmosphere is great with delicious bread rolls to fill up on.
My prime ribs was perfectly done like the way I like it and well portion. The service is exceptional ?? ?? and the manager Jeff he is a hard working man. Very professional and he I the one that work like his own business. He managing the front and the back kitchen. It is amazing person that the company is very lucky to have him in the teams. I will definitely order my 16 oz prime ribs again!!! ???
We were a family of 8 people there to celebrate my 60th birthday, we were seated and waited too long to place our order then hand to catch our waitress and ask can we place our orders. Then we waited nearly an hour before the orders came in parts not all together. Otherwise the waitress seemed to be nice but new to the place, so we tried understanding also that she seemed very busy serving others.
