12:29am I called twice first time someone picked and hung up the phone then I called back and get a gentleman on the phone, I tel him I ordered a sweet tea with my online order and become it doesn’t have the option I wanted online I called and asked for Arnold Palmer and he told me that I am gonna get what’s on the screen so I proceeded to ask for a manager which she was polite and told me that she would get it done did thank you. Someone needs to retrain that employee or maybe find he should find another job if you don’t know how to conduct customer service, it’s not for everyone.
