Thirsty’s Inc is honestly the best. This location especially never misses. Their smoothies are always super fresh, packed with flavor, and they get your order out fast with basically no wait at all. My go-to is the strawberry banana, and nobody makes it better it’s always perfectly blended and hits every time. Big shoutout to the whole Thirsty’s Inc crew because their hard work really shows in every drink. This place has a vibe and a legacy that deserves to last forever. If you want great smoothies, quick service, and the best location around, I highly recommend Thirsty’s Inc.

The items on the menu were small and when i got my receipt it only showed the total. I asked for the prices of the items I paid for and Linda wrote it on the receipt I had. Then, I asked for mustard and honey mustard and was told they don't have those anymore. I spoke with a manager named Clementina and she said they stopped giving those out for years. I know thats a lie, because I've gotten them before. Her and Linda didn't apologize and were rude, especially Linda. Idk how they stay in business with those employees and prices smh. I wont go back to that location ever again.

I went to purchase a smoothie, as I often do when there’s a location nearby. However, the server's attitude was downright unpleasant when I requested a military discount. When I asked if they had stopped offering it, she claimed to have been with the company for 10 years and stated they’ve never had it. I know this isn’t true, as I have received that discount at several other locations in Houston.
To make matters worse, after taking a sip of my drink, I noticed multiple gnats on the glass right above the ingredients. This level of infestation is unacceptable, and I promptly requested a refund. I’ve never encountered this issue with them before, and it needs to be addressed.

I ordered a mango peach smoothie almost $10.. and the smoothie didn't have any flavor of mango or peach. only vanilla ice cream. so sad they don't know how to make smoothies. their customer service is bad also.
