Yah need mature employees, this was my first time coming to one since my girlfriend always hypes the one by her job, so today i drove 30 mins after work to finally try it because there was free smoothie going on that my girlfriend told me earlier during lunch, so we came to try and acai bowl and get my gf a smoothie while we at it, while ordering i couldnt hear the lady speaking and when i asked to repeat she yelled, but when we got to the window we noticed the deal didnt get added so we asked about it which they said “you need to use your reward points” but the offer isnt that, its buy a food or bowl get a free smoothie for members only, and they were trying to help but they were laughing so hard that they couldnt even understand her, were they implementing that we were broke? that we needed the deal? That we couldnt afford it? I make more than enough, im just a person that doesnt like wasting money, if its good best believe ill pay with or without the deal, but yea it needed to be said very bad experience.

This place has downgrade so much lately but I just received my food from my dasher and the sandwich came with this amont of chicken 😂 the only reason I put a 2 is because every 1 in 8 times you good there you might get a decent chipotle chicken club sandwich but tariffs maybe affected their ingredients cost because $9 for this.

I recently visited, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Initially with my order both my husband's and my tacos were completely cold. After haveming to drive back, cutting time into my day to receive a replacement taco, I found that it was only half of the taco that they replaced. I had to waste more time to circle around the building go back inside and ask them directly to provide me with the full taco. The staff on duty were unapologetic, lacked the skills to handle the situation appropriately (they had to call the manager to figure out what to do), and demonstrated poor customer service. This level of service is unacceptable, and it should not have been necessary for me to correct their mistakes. I hope the manager takes this feedback seriously as it seems like the staff had given this type of terrible service to others based on the comments.

My family and I have been loyal customers, frequently visiting to enjoy your amazing açai bowls. However, after our last visit, we are reconsidering returning due to the way we were treated.

I arrived at the store around 8:30 PM and purchased several items, spending approximately $50. While ordering, I inquired about an item that was sold out and was informed it would be available the next day. I had no issue with this and ordered something else instead. After completing my purchase, I sat in the cafe tables waiting for my food.

A few minutes after we received our food and began eating, a young lady approached me and stated, “We are closed.” I asked for clarification, “Are you asking me to leave?” to which she replied, “Yes.” I was surprised by this response, as the posted store hours indicate that closing time is 9:00 PM. When I asked if I could have a few more minutes, she used a microphone to communicate with someone, and I could hear the other person laughing before she returned and firmly stated, “Yes, you need to leave. It’s closed.”

At this point, I pointed out that the sign on the door clearly stated closing time was 9:00 PM, and if they were enforcing an earlier closing time, it should be properly communicated to customers. Another employee then stated that the store actually closes at 8:50 PM, but when I pointed out that this was not reflected on the sign, he and his coworkers laughed at my family and me, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I understand that businesses have closing procedures, but the way this situation was handled was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Had the staff politely informed us that they were closing soon, we would have had no issue leaving promptly. Instead, we were met with disrespectful laughter and a lack of courtesy, making us feel completely unvalued as customers.

Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression on us, and we will not be returning to this location.

I tried this place and got hooked on the smoothies & wraps. Food is delicious & healthy. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. No one greets you or says anything. They just take you payment that’s it. Hands you your food. You’d think they would show some type of gratitude for your business but no!

Usually this place gets 5 stars. But whoever was working TODAY 11/22/24 between 1:15 and 2:30 should be FIRED. They had me wait 20 mins in drive thru, get back to work, they gave me wrong food. So I drive all the way back, tell them the issue, then they make we wait ANOTHER 25 minutes. And they MADE IT WRONG AGAIN!!! Asked if there was anything they could just hand me that I might like and they said no. Ended up having to get a refund and go somewhere else AFTER OVER AN HOUR. Holy shit, that was terrible.

They didn’t even offer me a free smoothie for the inconvenience or even a damn cookie. Like no regret on their end whatsoever.

They get negative stars. These girls suck

Great smoothie! It was really refreshing on a warm day. The lady at the front was very nice and the service was really fast.

If you plan to dine in, bring a jacket. They keep the lobby area chilly. They have a great variety. For myself, I got the açaí berry. It’s really good and it’s not full of sugar.

Poor customer service. I love Tropical Smoothie and visited this location for the first time today. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, okay maybe they're busy, no big deal. Only 1 customer inside who was waiting. She waited about 5mins for her drinks then left. The young lady started washing dishes as I waited in front the register for approximately 15 mins with no one saying anything. I had to ask "excuse me, are y'all taking orders, are y'all open, what is happening here". Her and another young lady just floating around doing random stuff, not saying anything. One of them responded and said something like "ma'am were getting to you". I couldn't really understand her and I was irritated at that point. I left. I will not return and would not recommend anyone visit this location. These kids do not belong in customer service!

Gone twice and had bad experience both times. Long wait time at the drive thru & they always forget to put bacon in my chipotle chicken club?paid extra for buffalo sauce and they didn’t even add it. Nothing but little kids working here that don’t take their job serious & no attention to detail in specific orders!

A couple days I came to the drive thru at 11am was there for 6 min no one answered left since I figured it was busy, today I went inside there was no one inside could hear employees in the back talking and laughing the employees playing around one even fell I get it I worked customer service when I was young but ? at least wanted my smoothie
