Horrible experience twice so I’ll never return in fact they should consider closing this location down they have all these young kids working there yesterday I went there 30 minutes before Close went to the drive-thru window sat there for a good three minutes. No one responded so then I parked and tried to go in as I was getting out the car a staff locked the door so I couldn’t come in so then I went back to the drive-thru window and was successful with placing my order. However, once I got to the window, I waited a additional five minutes as one of the staff members was mopping and then he comes to the window and asked me what did I order again because they forgot so by that time I was done and didn’t even want them touching my food or anything so I decided to tell him you know what I actually didn’t order anything, and he proceeded to say OK well good night and close the window how unprofessional is that so with that being said, I would never return back to this location this is now the second time I’ve had a bad experience the first time I sat and waited six minutes for them to make me a smoothie and a flatbread sandwich

I came here with my family and the food was amazing as well as the very helpful employees, I had trouble figuring out what to get and they had many healthy suggestions to choose from. My favorite smoothie was the bahama mama. I recommend !!

The people who work there were unpleasant with rude dispositions. They really seemed to hate their job and possibly each other. I planned to dine in but decided to take my order to go because the employees created such a bad atmosphere. The girl who took my order made me wait while she finished cleaning up which would have been fine if she bothered to greet me but she never did. She eventually took my order but never said “hello” and the sandwich maker practically threw my food at me. Terrible customer service.

The attendant refused to take my order and stated they already turned the ovens off (it was more than 30 minutes to closing). If managers are going to go against protocol and allow their location to shut down early, a posted notification should be made available.
Expensive as tropical smoothie is I expected better food and service .my sal and few pieces of chicken a whole bunch of lettuce for $8.00 I expected more

Great place to eat if you are tired of Subway, they had quick service and amazing food. Would recommend getting food and a smoothie as they come out to around the same amount of a meal as any other fast food but with higher quality.
