This location was ok.. I don’t think other locations are anything like the one in the Woodlands so my expectations are high. The staff were nice people and the restaurant was very clean.

This location does not handle customer issues correctly. I ordered a Sunrise Sunset with whey protein, but I didn’t like how it tasted. I asked if I could get something different instead, and they refused to let me. There was no effort to offer a solution or make things right.

I’ve been a loyal Tropical Smoothie customer for months, stopping by several times a week, and the first time I have an issue, it’s handled completely wrong.

I love tropical smoothie but the manager here is rude unsafactory they won't honor the promo code that they have going on for free smoothie. Then he wants to argue keep on telling me his opinion. Which is ridiculous. I paid for my food but yet he wants give me still attitude.

New staff is horrible and owner is inconsiderate. Food doesn’t taste the same. Please go to another tropical smoothie cafe for better quality food.

Always love this place. The food is fresh and healthy the girl taking my order was super sweet and kind. I just had to give him three stars because they were out of Coke Zero which as a diabetic I got to have some sugar-free soda.

I asked to sub a fruit item for something else and they want to upcharge. It’s for allergy reasons. All the tropical smoothies I’ve been to had no problem doing it. This owner is money hungry.

I came here April 15th 2025 and ordered a smoothie specifying that I cant have dairy because of an allergy. I got my smoothie and within minutes had the worst allergic reaction as I was driving away from this place, I had to pullover in traffic to use my epiPen. After an hour I drove back up there and asked for a full refund and was told that no employee that was in the store could issue it, it would have to be the manager and he wasnt in the store. i would have to come back the next day. huge inconvenience to me. I call the next day to speak with the manager and hes not there at 7:30am, gave my number and was told he would call me. No call. I call back the next day, its going on day 2, 7:30amish hes not there, gave my number AGAIN, whole day NO CALL. I call today, day 3, at 8:30am and gave my number AGAIN. NO CALL, so I call up there 3pm and am told they cant give me a refund and they can not give me a product although i have paid for it. SICK, these people caused me to have an allergic reaction due to their negligence and refuse to remake my order or pay me back. DO NOT ORDER HERE, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I could have died on the road had I not been able to pullover. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau!!!!

I just left there and ordered a smoothie for my girlfriend and I made sure to tell them no pineapple but they still put it in there. I have to take my girlfriend to the hospital now because she’s having an allergic reaction to it. I called the store to tell them and they didn’t care all they said was no we didn’t . But that’s the only drink she’s had all day. The people there are already inexperienced I’ve worked at a tropical smoothie before but this right here was the worst service ever. The drinks never have the right consistency and it’s always ice chunks in there. This place will be hearing from my lawyer

Last time i order door dash he went far the food wasn’t even sealed door dash took 2 hour to deliver my food i end up throwing smoothies sandwiches then yesterday we stop by i wanteed redeem my points this girl she scan it didn’t even give us free cookies i wont if yall really adding supplements powder.’

This is our first time trying this spot and it was fantastic. I had the Pesto Chicken flat bread which was really good and a peanut butter cup smoothie which i recommend.
The employees are really nice and patient especially when it’s your first time.

Omg!! When I say the customer service and the vibe here was so chill. They had online orders and drive through and you wouldn’t even think they were busy but they are so polite and made us feel welcome. We had mango smoothie, avocado smoothie , oatmeal bowl, chicken rap, kids quesa dilla. 10/10 will be back we prefer this over McDonald’s or any fast food after grocery shopping all day.
