I went here in middle school and high school back in the day and it was awesome, but now? The seats are falling apart, there’s dried and sticky stuff all over the walls, and the signs are so faded above the frozen yogurt, you can’t even tell the color of the froyo. Also, the flavors are WAY better at the Summerwood location.Don’t waste your time or money. ?

My family and I have come to this for years. We love the assortment of yogurt flavors and toppings available. The staff members are always nice. The floors and counters are clean, but the walls are disgusting! There is dried food on the walls every time we enter. I am sure if they were wiped down with lysol wipes the mess would come off. The seats also need a thorough cleaning! I no longer want to give this location our business. Which is such a disappointment because I used to enjoy the atmosphere and yogurt. ?

Very disappointed. The Google time for the Atascocita store says closes at 10pm. We show up before 10pm and they are closed, there is a sign in the window that said closes at 9:30pm.Why not update the store hours online?

We've been here multiple times and while my son loves it, I feel so dirty and gross after visiting. There is a good variety of flavors and toppings but I feel like they need to deep clean and sanitize everything. I tell my kids not to touch anything and we eat it in the car. The checkout girl is always in the back eating doordash which doesn't help either.

I came with my family to have a special day and ended up being disgusted. We saw a cockroach crawling all over the toppings. Once I saw it I immediately told the guy and all he did was pick it up and throw away one of the toppings even though it came onto more of them. I just wanted to say that I will not be coming back and to other families be careful and watch what your kids put into their yogurt. 0 stars????

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in and made a bowl of frozen yogurt, got to the counter to add my toppings and there was a roach crawling all over the counter.

Good frozen yogurt chain store. The management at this location doesn’t allow being able to sample flavors though. That’s disappointing.Recommended the other frozen yogurt place just a short drive over in Kingwood.

We love frozen yogurt and sad this is the only option we have on this side it is always dirty floors with food all over them and topping stations dirty the workers seem to be changed out once month with no social skills

Would leave 0/5 if i could. Came at 9:00pm on a Friday night, door’s locked, employee is sweeping. The sign on the door says “fri-sun 12pm-9:30pm”. We try the door, employee walks in the bathroom after making eye contact with us. Disappointed that the only frozen yogurt place open later is closed early is not following the sign they posted. I would understand if it was something messy, but all they do is weigh the ice cream and we pay them…..

2 stars because I genuinely enjoy frozen yogurt. Went in today 10/26 the dude working at the counter with glasses and a ponytail was so unnecessarily rude. You say hi and they barely want to respond as if I've been a huge inconvenience in their life. I always make it a point to even give a dollar at places like this that ask for a tip when they've done nothing but ring you up. I don't get why when I've literally done everything myself but I still feel bad so I'll leave a dollar or two on a 6 dollar Yogurt. I decided not to this time as I felt such hostility, and the guy literally snatches the receipt and hands me over the copy so slowly.... I truly don't understand why the horrible attitude when I've done absolutely nothing to you. Must suck to be that way in life. Always pouting for no reason. I get it's just a yogurt shop so I shouldn't expect above and beyond service but at least don't look so miserable for ringing me up. His name was Roger according to the receipt

The Açaí bowl was amazing and cashier was super nice. Only downside was the tables and chairs were ripped or stained. Other than that I had a great first time!
