For starters, I live 5 minutes away from this establishment. I was so excited to have to something on this side of town and not have to drive 25+ minutes from my house. I've been here 3 times and every single time I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have been left disappointed. 1st time: My boyfriend and I went, we ordered food and waited an hour and twenty minutes (no exaggeration). The waitress bought my food out and told my boyfriend he needed to order something else because they used the last serving *pointing to another waitress and a photographer who was taking pictures of food. We both shared my plate and left disappointed. *Sunday Morning* 2nd: We came back on a Saturday night for a night of fun, mind you... the only Saturday my boyfriend has had off in months to give Vibes nightlife a try. And there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. When we made it to the door an attendant said we need to pay to park, we gave our $20 went inside there was only 1 table of girls in there a waitress came up to us and said we needed to create our on "vibe"... I could've did that in my living room. I tipped her $5 for the water, got our $20 back for parking and left. Mind you they had only been open for a few months, so we thought maybe we'd give it time. Today, was 3rd time and I've absolutely had it. I came again for Sunday brunch because even though the service was a** the food was pretty good. On social media I saw two different posting. One saying brunch was from 12-4 and another saying it started at 1.. so to play it safe we went at 1:20PM.... and there was a family sitting outside saying they'd be waiting since 12. Confused because we heard music playing we left, ran some errands (Walmart is in walking distance), came back at 2 and the doors were still locked and the family was still sitting outside. At this point it's ridiculous... I want nothing more than for Humble to have a place like "Vibes" where people who look like me can get together enjoy good music, food, and hookah but this ain't it. I don't know whether I should apply to a manager to give them customer feedback & show them how great they could be or continue to pass them up on my 35 minute drive to Seaside, Atomic Bottle, or some other place that actually welcomes guess and acts like they're prepared to serve guests. I really hope this place gets new management so they can turn things around because I want better for them. As for now, I do not recommend.

An average bar mired by too-loud-music and obfuscated pricing.Allow me to set the stage. It was a Friday night and my friends decided to stop by for an entertaining night out around 940 p.m. (remember that for later). We were greeted by friend security and happily paid the $20 cover per person. They had a Zydeco band playing that night AND $5 drinks (remember that, too).My friend and I approached the bar and were greeted by two friendly bartenders. We inquire about the $5 drinks and are informed that it ended at 9......so, strike 1, your doorman should be cognizant of when drink specials end to prevent misleading customers....but no biggie, I order a few drinks and enjoy the evening.The band began playing around 1130, but the acoustics weren't fantastic if you sit near the bar. The vocals were, initially, hard to hear clearly. Anywho, they play two or three Zydeco songs and proceed to jam up R&B. Don't get me wrong, the band played well, but when advertising a Zydeco band it's implied that more of their songs will be Zydeco.Closed up, and one last item to note, they don't appear to have a POS system but use Square (or something similar). They also impose a mandatory 15% gratuity which isn't made known in advance, and I'm sure I didn't see a sign behind the bar. Just be mindful when you see "tip" and ask if the tip is already included.Overall, the drinks and hookah were pleasant as the band played good music but the lack if communication around the mandatory tip and miscommunication on the drink specials being available were a bit souring. A useful diversion if you're in the area, but I don't see myself going out of the way to return.

This place literally made me feel the most uncomfortable I could've ever felt. I took my girlfriend to this place for a drink out. My girlfriend is Hispanic and I'm black. I never had to pay to enter a bar and grill place so for me to pay $40 is so damn stupid. I than enter the place automatically feel bad vibes. I head to the bar and literally was standing in front of the bar for about 10 min and not one bar tender acknowledged us. Keep in mind it was not busy!!! So we left. I do not recommend this place

I usually enjoy a good Bar 'n' Grill experience and this place in an exception to that. The music level is set at an obnoxious level making it next to impossible to have a conversation outside the building let alone inside. This is not a location you will want to go to if you intend on being able to enjoy yourself with good company.As far as the food goes, I honestly never got past the front doors due to the sound level of the music filtering outside the building. I just turned around and left. Maybe the food is good, I'll never know.

The vibe of the establishment was really nice. The waitress / bartender Jess was amazing and attentive. The drink , food and hookah were great! The only concerti have is the listed price for drink and food was not the amount I paid. I paid double for 1 drink and 1 order of fried pickles . It should have been per the menu $16… I paid $29. If your price has changed … change your menu amount. It’s deceiving.

We have been going to Vibes since September, we enjoy the customer service. The waitresses are attentive, the food is tasty and drinks are decent. What is unfortunate are the changes we are noticing almost each week we visit. Foods and drinks are expenaive here which I don't mind at all as long as I'm receiving the quality I am paying for. In the past I would order catfish basket and I would receive 2 filas fish with fries the price is $15.99. now when I order catfish basket (same price by the way) I got 1 piece of fish that could fit in the palm of my hand (apologies I typically have pictures I was so disappointed I forgot to take photos). The drinks average $12-$15 that originally was served in larger cups that are now served in smaller cups. I usually enjoy my time here however with the continued changes I will now have to take my business elsewhere.
Reserved a section for $100 and when I get there everything David ( the owner) told me over the phone was a lie I had the bottles I picked and he had gave me a price of 375 for two bottles. When I get there he won't come and talk to me and they are trying to charge me 617.00 and then they switch up and say that the 100.00 does not go towards my bill and then they automatically charge a 15% gratuity charge for waitress before she even serves us and the service was horrible. David ( the owner) avoided us the whole night. Bathroom was filthy and almost slipped on floor multiple times. I would not recommend this place to anyone. That's not the way business is ran. Not to mention you buy hookahs and they come and try to take them while your smoking. Very bad experience and not worth the money at all.

I’ve only been there 2 times and both of those times I’ve been there Adel has made it a wonderful experience for me and my friends. It’s always a good time with her as our server. Adel has Great energy and personality that meshed so well with me. The the place itself is definitely a vibe if you have Adel servicing you. Book a section with her or just even ask for her to service you. 10/10 won’t be disappointed!

Was excited to see an urban establishment was opening in the area(3 minutes from the house). Anxiously awaited the opening. Today was the first opportunity we've had to patronize. I hate that I have to be the first review but...my wife and I and her son went today. First.. were there only patrons there at the time with like 10 waitresses and it took longer than it should have to get service. Then we had an issue with drink orders. Told they didnt have something but did. Not having others.. which wasn't a big deal. Now to the food..14.99 for 3 boudin balls and 15.99 for 5 wings(that tasted like some Tyson frozen wings) and fries. Which is absurd..we go to flava here in houston and get 6 wings and fries for 8.95.. which is the average. (Food was decent though) Long story short this place is over priced for what they offer.. and let's not forget the automatic 15% gratuity that was added without notice. If not for the good service from our waitress this would be a 1 star review. Hate to say that if things stay the way they are I predict them not being here long.. I hope I'm wrong.

Very BAD business. The owner Michael is not good for business and doesn’t know how to run anything. he rushed to open this place and there’s a very bad covid outbreak they tried to hide. A lot of the workers are sick and fail to make this a safe environment. He’s also sexualizing the women there which is VERY sick. please do not visit this place EVER!!!! take your money elsewhere

I was in town to visit family and I had the pleasure of spending an evening at Vibes. The atmosphere had wonderful “vibe”. The service was amazing. I give a big thanks to the gorgeous GIGI who took great care of me and my party. Besides that lovely smile she was friendly and patience with us. Could’ve ask for a better person to take care of us. Will definitely return again.
