Service was amazing! By far my favorite Waffle House experience 01/11/2026! Angie was wonderful, kind and extremely attentive! Never once had to ask for a refill! She came coming back!
I noticed every every single team member working so hard as a team! Great communication you guys!!!!!! I will take my long drives to this Waffle House on Sundays even thought I pass by 2 on the way here from home!

I’m not sure why this Waffle House location is as highly rated as it is but it definitely deserves the lowest possible rating. I’ve visited this location twice as the first time I came, I thought it was a fluke. The service was super bad. My waitress even clocked out while I was still there. She rushed me to pay my tab (I had only been there for about 10 minutes). I went again last week (a Wednesday at around 11 ish) and a young boy was my waiter. He was clearly distracted and did not want to work. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY! I ordered hash browns all the way and a biscuit. Simple, right?! Well he couldn’t remember my order and had to ask me 3 times. Once I got my order, the biscuit was missing and the hash brown was missing 3 toppings. My cup remained empty until I asked for the check. I definitely will not be back and would not recommend this location…..

Excellent service and good food. First time trying this American classic. Good choice of food and drinks, the server who I forgot to grab her name made us feel welcome and was patient with new waffle house customers. Shout out to the grits. So good!
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available, looked after the kids, gave them fun hats, even have an offer they get a free waffle if they walk in with the hat in any other branch!

The worse customer service ever!!! Nasty service I order coffee The waitress never came back to bring my coffee and also never get my order!!! I end up getting my order to go. And not even that was nicely serve the waitress had really bad attitude. I’ve been in so many waffle house locations and always great customer service but this one In particular the worse!!!! Very bad customer experience.
