The sushi was ok. Appetizers were good. But the fried rice showed their hand. No sesame oil, no chili oil, no oyster sauce - just butter, rice, and low grade beef. I can go home and do some culinary surgery but they’re the ones that own a restaurant. Step it up guys. This was pathetic.
The owners are amazing, kind, and funny. The service is excellent and if they forget something and are told they quickly apologize and hurry off to bring it to you. I love it there.
When someone asks me what my favorite restaurant is, I ALWAYS say Wazabi. This place has never ever let me down. I like to go during the week and sit at the bar, have a drink and yap with Johnny and Michelle. They’re hands down the nicest people ever and are so nice to talk to. Their presentation is beautiful, the drinks are delicious, and the sushi Is always the best I’ve ever had. I love their grasshopper roll. (It’s huge!) I do wish they would have drink specials or happy...
