Normally I enjoy this place however today was quite upsetting. THE AIR-CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK! Today there was a high of 85 OUTSIDE. Tell me how it was 91 INSIDE. That is so unacceptable and I couldn't even enjoy my food properly. After asking, an employee told me it hasn't worked in OVER A MONTH. It's only getting hotter with summer coming up. Does anyone know how to get a hold of corporate with this??

All the food I got was good: chicken sandwich with bacon, 4 piece nuggets and small fries with a zero sugar lemonde. Very filling and great value. Will definitely go again. 😍❤️

Wow, what has happened to this chain? 40 bucks for 3 combo meals that featured dry, unsalted fries and single patties instead of the doubles that I paid for. The fries here used to be second to only maybe Chick-fil-A and Popeyes...why change them?

I had 3 frostys and 2 drinks so I asked for a carrier and the guy said “we’re out. You should have come earlier”. Why is that something to say? I brought the food home to my family to find we were shorted one fry and they didn’t put bacon on my burger, which I paid $2 extra for. I asked for buttermilk ranch and honey mustard, they gave me ghost pepper ranch and bbq sauce. Dumbest people on earth working there. The only decent experience was the lady who walked out into the rain to bring me my food, she was very nice.
