This Wendy’s is extremely frustrating for delivery drivers. The location is understaffed, orders take a long time, and most delivery payouts are only $2–$3, which makes the wait unacceptable. On top of that, the sign says dine-in opens around 7 a.m., but the doors are often locked with no notice, forcing drivers to walk back to their cars and wait in the drive-thru. If dine-in isn’t actually open, they need to post a clear sign. This is poor customer service and Wendy’s needs to fix it.

We went through the drive through and the young man was very rude. I think there needs to be some customer service training done at this location

Would give zero if I could. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Drive thru worker doesn’t listen at all, just speeds through to get to the next person. They’ll make your order wrong the first, second, and third time you go up and ask for it to be corrected.
