We ordered two number ones and a kids chicken nugget. Both hamburgers were cold and the chicken nuggets were close to it. The service was a bit odd no eye contact when you say thanks they just turn around and walk away. I’ve eaten there before and it was pretty good this time it was a big thumbs down.

When I came there was 1 other car behind me. I was told to pull up the red pole by giggly teenagers, then proceeded to wait 10 minutes with no other car coming up. There needs to be more adults working there to get the job done. Slow service. Feb 22 2025 5:30 pm ish.

Young females here are terrible at customer service. About a week ago i came inside to order and the supervisor I'm guessing told a young lady to come take my order, she rolled her eyes and took her time coming to register. Today I'm in drive thru and the young lady is halfway thru my order, she stops me and starts talking to person at drive thru window for over two minutes. Won't be coming back

What happen to this Wendys since last summer? The burgers used to be freshly made and the fries hot. Now the burgers seems to be pre-made and stale and the fries are warm at most or cold and never hot. Such a shame the food isn't good anymore.

Parking: I stood in line for 10 with crew and manager didn’t even acknowledge to say I be with you, this is a terrible staff, I visit on 03/03/2025 at 5:30pm, this manger need to be fired or you will lose a lot of good customers, I see why this place is empty, she has no people skills at all, your place will continue to be corrupted with this manager, you might want to look at your numbers, because your business will continue to drop, waited in line 10 minutes people just working on orders and not one

Saw the worker touching everything and then grabbed the nuggets with her hands.I did tell the lady something but because she has gloves on she didn't seem to care.
The wife and l both had burgers, fries and lemonade and the lemonade a d fries were great but the buns on both our burgers had mold on them. The burger bacon and mushrooms tasted great but DAMN moldy buns was a turnoff.

Girl at the window tonight was really rude, I asked for my sauces and didn’t receive them so I went back through the drive thru to ask for them I got two meals and she gave me 1 sauce… threw them into my hands actually. So disrespectful. Will not spend my money here again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This location is complete trash please avoid this location at all cost and go to the KINGWOOD LOCATION! I was denied a replacement cookie due to my cookie being hard as a brick and the manager told me that all of them would be hard! The right thing to do is to make a fresh batch! They are ridiculous and this location needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP!
