Went on my lunch break to this location and the bald head lady manager was extremely rude. Misheard my order multiple times. Gave me a small drink even though my order came with medium. Incompetent store manager.

Went here a couple times, the first time an employee touched the food with her bare hands and the second time the food was so dry and cold it was horrible (there were no customers so no excuse) I’m currently sitting in a long line at TacoBell right next door and honestly I love Wendy’s and would hope over there to their empty restaurant line, but because the food and service quality is so bad I would rather sit in line at Taco Bell . They need new management because normally Wendy’s is so good, but this one is horrible!! Get it together

I’ve not been to Wendy’s in about 15 years. My visit today was the worst visit I’ve ever had to any restaurant. They skipped over my order after 25 minutes. I go to the counter. It takes him 10 minutes to get it to me when I get it, it’s wrong. I asked for a single patty bacon. They gave me a double I asked for fresh Extra crispy fries. They gave me stale old ones. I take my fries up there and tell them they are supposed to be fresh. The man said he’s gonna get fresh ones. That’s why I discovered my burger has two patties. I take my burger up there he even said this is horrible service. The man behind the counter acknowledged it was horrible service. I told her I wanted a refund the lady that was frying said because I took one bite of the burger even though I waited over 40 minutes and still was not getting fresh fries they were trying to give me all fries that were sitting in the basket over the grease so they stole my money. They were rude. I couldn’t understand her. She’s speaking to me in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish. I will never go to Wendy’s as long as I live, and if I have to pick at this place, I will.

Terrible customer service, rude management. Beware, no refunds for mobile orders.

Should be zero stars. Placed a mobile order today, October 22 and went to the drive-thru. I was told that they were not taking orders due to the system being down. I tried to explain I had a mobile order that had been placed 15 minutes prior… only to be met with silence.

I pulled around to the drive-thru; staff coming back-and-forth seeing me and ignoring me. I proceeded to blow my horn yet I was still ignored. I had to park and go in the restaurant. Explained once again to the staff member who I spoke to at the drive-thru that I had a mobile order and he told me the system was down. I asked to cancel it as it could not be prepared.

Three people were in line, shaking their heads as they had been waiting and waiting to have their orders completed.

He finds my order in the system, which I was told was down however he was able to locate it. He grabs a manager and tells her he needs to issue a refund. She looks at my receipt and then at me and states that they give no refund for mobile orders.

I tried to explain that from my understanding they were unable to fulfill the order as systems were down. He tells me he could complete the order. Wow, at the drive-thru I was told that the systems were down and they were not completing orders, but now I can get the items I ordered. Items I don’t want and can’t get a refund for.

The only thing good here was the Dr. Pepper customer service was awful. I wasn't greeted I asked for fresh fries and nuggets and still received cold fries. The burger was cold I will not come here again.

Great new management and speedy service. Clean restaurant, very friendly. All inclusive and was greeted by multiple employees through the stay. Sweet chili sauce is the ticket for your chicken tenders needs.
