I ordered the cheese dog and the orange dream drink. The total ended up being $20, which is insane for a drink and a tiny order. The cashier asked if I wanted whipped cream then put some bad tasting white sauce in it, not whipped cream. The cheese dogs did not come with any cheese, and when I asked I was rudely told the cheese costs $3.00 extra. I asked if I could talk to a manager, and the cashier rolled her eyes at me, and said the manager doesn't speak English and if I want cheese I'd have to pay $3.00.

I paid $10 for an icee. The man claimed my card wouldn’t ring up and I had to pay cash, so I payed cash and moved on with my life. An hour later I got a notification that my card had approve the purchase. Their card system needs to be updated. $10 for a icee. $5 itself is already ridiculous let alone 10. Do better Deerbrooke mall’s Wetzel Pretzels.

I asked for Pizza Bites, they gave me regular bites. I noticed too late and I was already in the theater. This place made me fumble a girl I was on a date with too. Also it was $20 bucks.

Great company, horrible customer service!I have no complaints about the quality of the pretzels, but I would rather go to a company where the employees actually care. I was serviced by a young man who apparently didn’t want to be there. Not only did he get my order wrong, when I told him the other young man was making it wrong they both looked at me like it’s not their problem. I didn’t get the product I paid for and their attitudes were so nasty I just rather warn other than attempt to get my money back. Sad situation for such a great company with great pretzels

Pathetic excuse to spend 10$ on a water and cinn-a-bitz. The bag was full of oil, bites were dense and the cinnamon sugar was more on the inside of the bag than on the actual bites themselves. There was clusters of sugar. So disappointing. I love this as a mall snack but I won't be coming back anytime soon. I rather go to cinnabon. At least their stuff is good.

Disgusted that there was a piece of someone's glove in my pretzel!! I felt something chewy in my mouth and when I took it out I had about 2 inches of the finger part of a glove!! So gross!!
