Would like to praise our order taker at the drive through, Raul. We ordered a bugger patty for our dog. He asked, which we hadn't ever even considered it before, whether or not to add the seasonings. So he was extremely polite, and also thoughtful.

I guess you can say I'm a heart learner. My last three curbside(SAD). 1. one they gave my order to the other curbside car. So when I went inside. The you lady said sorry I gave your order to the wrong car. I said ok where my order. She just looked at me. Said sorry. Like I was just going to leave without food or money. I ask is my order being remade. Manager. 2. (Curbside)My order was wrong didnt ck til I was home.3.( Curbside) The car that came after me got there order first. I went inside the young lady said I was just being your order out. You order small fries. No. Manager your order was given to the wrong car. I'm remaking it. I'm just going to drive the 10 minutes out of my way to the other one. Wish me luch

It's supposed that if you order by drive trhu, they deliver it to you right there. They made my husband and me come down so they inside check our order and deliver it, why? And wait for 15 more minutes!!!! One less customer. 02/14/2025 in the night 11:41 pm

Food is usually good but this last time. I paid for a spicy bacon burger and got a onion burger almost no sauce and zero bacon and I paid for honey mustard and a cinnamon roll and didn't get it

I visit this place via Drive-Thru frequently. It is funny how sometimes they fill the cup with so much ice, my large drink is essentially a small drink at large drink prices. Ignorance or shady business practice.
