Coffee has been changed?. My parents have been going for Whataburger coffee for over 50 years. This was their favorite newer Whataburger. Today is my mom's birthday and she wanted Whataburger this morning. Very disappointed but found out they just changed it. It was very dark and strong like oil. I can adjust and add water but it was just a not so good surprise for Mom and Dad. Not sure what was the reason for the change.We love the employees who are super sweet and I must say the food was still great. My dad asked if they could get hot water next time to dilute it and the sweet employee said sure and that she was sorry. Her name was Ruth and she was so polite.God bless y'all from the Garcia family.

There was a young lady outside to take our drive thru order. Nice to talk to a life person and have not to worry about a speaker.2nd item into our order, a lady on the speaker asked the lady outside to come back into the business. The lady stopped taking my order. She said the lady on the speaker would complete my order. After I called twice to get the lady to come back to the speaker to take my order, I asked her what she had on my order. She said, "She will the lady outside would complete my order." I said that would be a little hard. She had returned to inside the business. So grudgingly, she took my order thru the speaker.So, after all of that, my combo 1 did not taste good.I ordered a combo 1 with mayo, cheese, and onions only. Med fries and large Diet Dr. Pepper.The meat has no seasoning on it. There were 10 pieces of onions on my burger. Not happy!! This was the Whataburger in Will Clayton Blvd at US 59 in Houston TX.
Food was hot! We passed up the whataburger .2 miles away to come here..great service, great food, always busy.

Got the club salad ? it was ok but specifically ask did I have a fork and the Heffa said yes like she knew she put one in there, so please always ask for a extra plastic wear , because they're not checking, they just trying to get you out of the line ? luckily I had a extra in my bag, then I ask for sliced jalapenos on the side , the Heffa gave me a whole pepper ? with no plastic to wear to cut it up, and enough catch-up for 5 and I only ordered a salad ?

Food was great as always, service was lacking, even though there weren't any customers inside or in the drive thru and I still had to go inside to inquire why my curbside order was 10 minutes past the noted time and no one seemed even concerned with the reason it wasn't ready or any other customer service.
