Whataburger

Just did 3 mobile orders, everyone in my household ordered their own food. 2 chicken tender combos and 1 whataburger combo was ordered. The food was not fresh and my half and half was horrible. The restaurant was busy and I get that things can be frustrating but I paid for great food and got trash. Im beyond annoyed.

Went inside to order and was just standing there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. It wasn’t busy either.

Review for Whataburger – August 14, 2025, 8:48 a.m.

This morning after dropping my kids off, I stopped by Whataburger to grab something to eat. The cashier, Angela C., had a very bad attitude from the start. I greeted her with “Good morning, how are you?” and instead of returning the greeting, she simply asked for my money in a blunt tone.

She was also arguing with someone at the front window while handling my order, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. After that, she told me to pull forward and said they would bring my food out.

It’s disappointing to see how poor customer service has gotten these days. We spend our hard-earned money at these restaurants and deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The patties are thinner than they used to be but overall Whataburger is the lick!

After having to repeat my order 3 times to the new girl at the counter, the grill still forgot my cheese. This is why I don't really eat here. The food here is hit or miss. Fries that are cold and have no salt or hot fresh salted fries.

If they ask you to go to Lane B just go to another Whataburger you will get you food faster then waiting at this location.

This place is awful. I ordered the 18pc chicken wing with two sides and they only delivered 9pc of wings and none of the sides. I was charged 50$ for that. Worst experience ever. Give someone else your money.

I've always gone to this place. Always been very clean. But this time I was truly disappointed 😞....it was dirty everywhere. More than 4 tables dirty...smh. Garbage area....it was dirty so was the floor. Perhaps they were short staff...but....disappointing.
