3:05 AM .. Parked waiting for drive orders and I see the, "Pest Police" show up at WingStop.. they have a key to the store and went in to do their job... Only store in the shopping center the man went into.. I can only assume an infestation of roaches is the reason he came by .. I have a photo but not sure why it won't allow me to post it with my review.

Wing are an expensive food item and I don't mind paying for it but they never fully coat the wings in sauce. If im paying $15 for a 8 piece combo I need them to have sauce on ALL of the wings. There also very slow I placed my order online before I drove to the store about 15 min away and still had to wait another hour when I got there. The food is good if you catch it on a good day when no one else is there but usually it's a little bit of a let down.

I swear if I could give negative stars I would. I have been to this location three times and ordered delivery from here once and every. single. time they have gotten my order incorrect. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend you don't either. Period.

I ordered my food online and went inside to get it. When I walked in I was asked my name. After telling the Hispanic lady my name she walked off. I stood at the register for about a min before I went and sat down bc I assumed that my order wasn’t ready. About 3-4 mins go by and another Hispanic lady came to the register to answer the phone, then asked my name. I told her my name and she pulled my order off the shelf. I was immediately annoyed bc why was I waiting if my order was already finished????? Terrible customer service and I’ll never order there again.
Go to Wings World. You may have to drive a little further or wait for the order… but at least you’ll have great customer service.
