This is the worst wing stop ever customer service horrible,from the lazy demeanor of the employees rude with dirty uniforms the dirty dining area and was told 35 min on a call in order only to get there and still wait another 25 to 30 mins will never come back not even if they was giving wings away
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Some employees don’t even wear gloves it’s disgusting… on top of this I waited around 30-45 minutes AFTER it said my meal was ready. Just horrible.

Waiting time extremely long. Waited 1 hour for my order and when asking for my order, they just kept saying was coming.
Other customers who ordered after my, got their wings first.

Said there was a 25 minute wait just to order. I will not be back at all. They aren’t even busy, I work in the industry and have never seen a wait with that many employees. empty dining room too?. Who’s the manager that said this was ok? Guy listed in first photo was the one who said it was the wait.
Recently took advantage of the T-mobile promotion to get 3 chicken strip combo meal for $0.01 and waited for 1hr15mn to get my meal. The promo required ordering through the app and picking up in the store. The app said 33 - 38 min until it was ready and when I arrived the place was packed shoulder to shoulder. The music was so loud you couldn't hear when they called your name for pickup, the soda machine kept quitting and the restaurant hadn't been cleaned for a long time (trash on all the tables). You would think with a promo like that they would have anticipated the rush and would have been more organized.

If I could I would give them 0 stars never will I come here again! Placed my order at 4:21 according to app my order would be ready in 26 minutes at 5:07 they said my order would be started on soon it’s 5:20 and I’m still waiting along with 8 others
Very bad experience. There are a lot of people working here, but some of them just spend their time on the phone and don't care about their customers. They make people wait for more than 35 minutes for an order.

Worst wing stop ever they first messed up my order and called and they said they will be remaking my food I drove there just to sit for 30 minutes and for them to say we are just now going to make them worst employees as well

Ordered thru the app, tried to pick up at 9:10. Arrived at 9:30. Since I already know they take a while.
Ask for my order. Was not ready. Lady rolled her eyes when I asked her to give me an eta for my food.
Came back told me 30 minutes.
They need to get rid of everyone working there.

This is without a doubt the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible due to the young staff not giving a damn about anything, the wait times are beyond ridiculous and the orders are often wrong as hell. I've tried giving them chances again and again, but don't think I'll do so anymore. A complete overhaul of the staff at this location is sorely needed.

I went into this location and they need some serious structure. The customer service and sense of urgency is nonexistent. The staff was walking around laughing and talking instead of putting out orders when you have a restaurant full of patrons. I ordered online and waited 10 before I was ever acknowledged all while the cook has wings sitting the in basket and should have been dropping more due to the amount of folks waiting on food. I have worked in food service and managed as well. It's no way what I seen should've been going on and it speaks volume to the the leadership of this establishment.

they ALWAYS take long. even when it says your order is ready ITS NOT. they never have your food in time. always a 45min + wait. waiting for my order to be ready for more than 20minutes when it was been supposed to be ready. so don’t even bother ordering online it’s pointless. mind yall it was just ONE order of wings.
