Never have been to a Wingstop that takes longer to take an order than to get wings out. And still for fries they take 20 minutes. As a previous employee you know the fries don’t take longer than 10. And you prioritize the shorter orders while wings are still being made for other orders. Slowest order over ever gotten from a wingstop.

I came here last Saturday I’m visiting family. This by far was a horrible experience The cashier who seemed to be the manager answered her cell phone in our face as we talking to her. She made comments about a guest saying how she was ready to kill him…. Why would you even say that to a cashier who seemed uncomfortable as she was saying it since it was very inappropriate!!! Having a manager as big and old as she looked at that way is beyonndddd my understanding. The big lady with blonde hair needs to stay from the front she maybe should be cleaning with her attitude

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered online specifically to save time and avoid standing around—but what a joke that turned out to be. After waiting the 16–30 minutes my confirmation promised, I still had to sit there for another full hour. And sadly, this isn’t even the first time. This keeps happening, but this time was the final straw.

What’s even more infuriating is that they seem to hand out orders based on who complains loudest. I watched people who ordered 5 minutes ago walk in, raise their voice, and magically get their food—while the rest of us who showed basic patience just got ignored. It’s beyond unprofessional.

To make matters worse, the front is always empty—whether you’re picking up or ordering in. And on the rare occasion someone does show up, they’re rude, dismissive, and act like you’re bothering them just by existing. This place needs a serious wake-up call.

My wings and fries were pretty good. I paid for a large blue cheese and they gave me a lot. I know they take a long time to make the food so I waited as long as I could to pick it up. Food was ready when I got there, everything was correct, service was friendly. There were a lot of people crowding the front so it was difficult to even get someone's attention through the crowd. They need to figure out how to streamline things.

So what I don’t understand is after ordering WINGSTOP for over 20 years I can no longer have blue cheese because the wings only come with 2 ranch cups. If I want blue cheese then I got to pay extra. I can’t have one ranch and one blue cheese. The server said it only comes with 2 ranch cups. She said it can’t be changed. Ranch or bust. I busted.

The worst wing stop. 30 minute wait while there is 6 people in the kitchen. Dining room is dirty even though it’s empty. How can you be this bad and overstaffed. Surprised it hasn’t shut down this location yet, probably should be.

Usually have to wait 45 mins for food. The services is absolutely terrible. I went around 11:17pm wanting to place an order. A rude guy with an attitude told me that they weren’t taking orders even tho they close at 12am. What kind of business closed a hour before they’re supposed to!! Don’t go here
