Worst wingstop I’ve ever experienced online and in store. Tried to make an order online it never went through although they charged my debit card. Called the store to make an order. They flat out put me on hold for 15 minutes and when they finally answered they told me they were not talking orders over the phone. When I called several times afterwards to speak to the manager she told me that when they are very busy they don’t take phone orders. What kind of business is that???!!!! I will be contacting the general manager or the owner to put my complaint in a more formal way. They have to know what is going on in their store.

I just went in today and I never leave any reviews. But today I went to get food around 4:10 l , I decided I was gonna eat there with my sister but I changed my mind bc the only girl I seen working in the front she was kinda short and around her 20s , well she made me really uncomfortable by staring at me the whole time I was waiting there. Have respect and learn how to not stare at people😂😂everyone else was very nice thanks and quick service

I called in my lunch order today. They provided me with time-frame that my food would be ready. My food was ready on time. It was hot, the vegetables were fresh and clean. Amanda was very nice along with the rest of staff. I truly enjoyed my lunch today.

We called and were put on hold for 15 min. When we arrived still holding , we noticed they just left it sitting there. After ordering and waiting they finally put the phone back on the hook. The phone rang and was answered. they argued over who would take the call while laughing and then put the phone down while saying “they can wait” still laughing. All this in front of customers.

We order from this Wingstop almost every Friday through DoorDash. Almost every time, they get our order wrong in some way. The wings are the wrong flavors, they forget to pack the ranch, etc. Tonight we ordered three wing combos and they forgot the fries on each combo. The wings were right, and they were delicious. So that’s a win.

I do doordash and what I saw was foolery from a BOH team member a guy with curly hair pants below the waste THE FIRST VISIT. Second doordash order Jazmin was with her three friends at the table while she assumed I was helped she continued to go back to the table while the whole BOH was in the weeds. It's Saturday there should be no down time you should ALWAYS be doing something.

Clean place friendly staff and very busy...even though I order my wings online my wings are still never ready by the time the app says they'll be ready and can be anywhere from 10-30 minutes more. Only reason why I gave it 3 stars for service.

Placed and ordered online for takeout. Email said it would be 48 to 58 minutes. Not the problem a long time but not to bothered by that. Went into the restaurant around the suppose to be ready time and waited an additional 40 minutes. Never received food granted restaurant was busy. I asked for a refund. Got ignored and never received my food or a refund. Called multiple times and asked for a manager. He's too busy to talk. Wingstop lost a real one for life. #BadService #NeverAgain #RefundPlease

I’ve been here before and had a bad experience, but I hoped it was a one off. Just went back, and it was worse. This place is awful. I ordered carry out online, and waited almost 30 minutes for the food to be ready when I arrived 40 minutes after ordering.

The real problem was the awful food. The wings were overcooked and dried out - almost inedible. The flavor of the wing sauce was not palatable.

One of the people behind the counter was nice and apologetic over the wait. But this did not make up for the dreadful food. I will not be returning to this or any Wing Stop, and I don’t think you should either.

First, my order was a walk-in, so I sat indoors for about 30-35 minutes waiting for my order, which wasn't the problem. The problem came after getting my order and driving off. As soon as I bit into a wing, dry and the wings were tough. The wings were NOT moist or juicy at all. They did NOT taste fresh. It was almost as if the wings were recooked (under temperature) in the microwave from leftovers. I was highly disappointed with the quality of the food. I will not return to this location because the food quality was awful. This is unacceptable with the rising health issues of people suffering from undercooked or bad food. This is a busy area for this location, so I'm not sure why the food quality wasn't cooked to the utmost. If I could give NO STARS, I would. But, I had to leave a review because I could not let this issue go unnoticed.
