Do not order delivery from this location. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.
I ordered food from this Wingstop to be delivered to my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. The address on the order was correct, yet the food was delivered to the wrong unit. I was out of town with my son for his birthday when my mother-in-law called to let me know.
She contacted the store for help, but the employee left in charge was completely untrained and clueless about how to handle the situation. Instead of directing her to DoorDash (the delivery service), they asked her multiple questions she couldn’t answer, confused her further, and eventually offered only a refund. My mother-in-law does not drive, so a refund didn’t solve the problem.
I then called the store myself and asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager—only a woman “left in charge.” I explained that the order needed to be remade and redelivered since the mistake was not ours. She repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed to contact DoorDash.
DoorDash was far more professional. They contacted Wingstop on my behalf and were told the order would be remade and redelivered. Thinking the issue was finally resolved, I called the store again to confirm the address and ETA—only to be told they had no idea what I was talking about and denied approving any remake.
After nearly an hour of phone calls, multiple confused employees, and finally another call between Wingstop and DoorDash, they agreed again to remake the order.
Then it got worse.
When the DoorDash driver arrived to pick up the remade order, Wingstop had already given it to the wrong person. For the second time. My mother-in-law had to call the store again, only to be told the order was gone. The employee then suggested that my mother-in-law—who does not drive—come pick it up herself.
She had to pay for an Uber to go to the store and back. When she finally received the food, it was poorly packed, cold, and clearly left sitting out.
This location needs serious retraining and proper management. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customers is unacceptable. I will never order from this Wingstop again.

I prefer the tenders over the wings. I thought the $2 for 2 tenders was only on Tuesdays, but the employee clarified that it's daily. He also suggested I complete a survey for free fries, which I greatly appreciated. I'll be there a lot more now.

This location is trash. Wings costs too much for yall to hand out dry unseasoned wings. Customer service was trash. Picked up my order to go . I ordered mild hot and lemon pepper. All I got was dry fried chicken wings. No seasoning, no sauce.

This location never disappoints! I’m a huge Wingstop fan and have visited many locations in and around Houston. My favorite location by far is this one.

Today, I came across a young lady that was training a new hire and I had to ask her for her name to drop a review on her excellent customer service skills and how attentive she was with me while training a new Wingstop employee. Amanda is a great example to more of what this world needs. It brought me back to when I started working in a busy grocery store and how kind and patient my trainer was with me. Amanda is a keeper!

The wings here are always on point!

I placed my order ahead of time using the app, based on previous experiences where Wingstop took a long time to prepare food. When I arrived, the waiting area was crowded with people waiting for their orders. One cashier had closed her register, saying she couldn’t figure it out, which added to the confusion. It was clear the staff was overwhelmed by the volume of orders.

The app estimated my food would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I got there, it still wasn’t prepared. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. Although there is seating available, the overall experience was uncomfortable due to the number of people standing around waiting.

There’s definitely room for improvement, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I had a terrible experience with Wingstop. I placed a delivery order at 5:15 PM, and it was picked up by the driver at 6:09 PM. After waiting over an hour, we still hadn’t received our food. We called the store at 7 PM, and they asked us to drive there to have the order remade. Upon arrival, the order still wasn’t ready, and the manager was rude and dismissive. We ended up wasting time and money, with no compensation. Extremely disappointing service! And the wings are uncooked

The staff Jazz was extremely rude and proceeds to tell me they are out of large ranch, as shes proceeds to talk about me under her breathe. Then all of sudden they have it. You may want to retrain her in customer service.
