Corby at the register talks to himself instead of to the customers. Everybody is chatting in the front and he continues to mumble the order numbers to where nobody can hear anything he says and acts like he doesn't want to be here. Stayed doodling with the trash receipts in his hands to the point that I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order because he was in a whole other world. Then I ordered the 6 piece wings and it takes 20 minutes to come out, kept asking where my food was because everyone else that came after me were in and out. All for my wings to be more salt than garlic. Never ordering food from there again and rather try other locations, mind you I'm a first time customer. Drink is good but service and the wings were not.

Every time i come here the food is amazing i always get the strawberry bliss with boba and my boyfriend just tried the horchata coffee and its really good! definitely recommend

I ordered the fried shrimp combo, elotes and fries combo, and two shakes The shrimp breading had a good flavor but none of the shrimp skin was taken off so I couldn't eat any of the breading Most times that I've come here the fries have a lot of cheese but this time there was barely any and all the Cheeto dust on top made me think there was when I looked before leaving You can also get combos with a shake at a discount but I was charged full price and did not realize until after, so pay attention to what they are charging you for!

So far, all of the drinks and food I've ordered from them have been really good! You can order in advance but I haven't and it doesn't usually take very long for them to make the order. Recommend the Flamin elote and fries ! The milk tea and honey boba is good. So is the spicy watermelon drink. Really can't go wrong with anything

Why 4 stars? Because we were seeking some kind of boba smoothie and this was exactly what we needed. --- --- --- We were headed down to this part of town to take our son nearby and the wife and I were both craving boba (as we do). I looked up places nearby and this was only a few minutes from our destination. The wife always orders Thai Tea and I thought this was a really tasty version of that. She agreed. And I ordered the Pink Lychee Smoothie. I thought it was fine - good enough that it hit the spot, but I'd probably order something different on a second visit. There were no customers in here when we visited, so our drinks only took a couple of minutes. Our experience was a brief one, but this isn't a bad option for boba if we're ever back in the area.

Unprofessional young adults working. Foul language and personal conversations made it awkward waiting 20+ minutes for a tea. The employees themselves were average and courteous. The tea was okay, but not worth the wait or the drive to try it out. I

The cashier girl had a bad attitude. Terrible experience, will not be coming back. Name on receipt was Corby and I've seen others complain about her several times as well maybe hire better staff? The girl was very rude and gave me less than what I was owed back, didn't give me the receipt and when I asked for the receipt she threw it back to me with attitude! When I confronted her about missing money she lied and said I didn't give the amount of money I did. I had another person with me and also confirmed that I gave her the amount I said. So sad because of this specific girl they are losing a lot of customers.

I have been to other locations that made me love this franchise. But this location is a hard no. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst customer service . Was greeted with attitude . And when I explained that I couldn't hear her over the loud blender she slapped around her little computer screen and pointed aggressively at the screen. Will never be returning to this location.

Closing time says 9PM. I came at 8:42 and doors were locked while employees were inside chatting. Maybe update your closing times?

I ordered the Mango Green Tea with honey boba. I thought I was getting regular mango tea with boba. Instead I got an overly sweet tea with unripe bits of mango float around in it that get stuck in the straw and kiwi seeds? Not what I expected or wanted. No sweetness level to choose from because everything is pre-made (gross). And it was overpriced. By far my least favorite boba tea that I've tried.

Ordered off doordash and didn't receive half my order. We drive to the location to get it fixed correctly and we're given the whole talk of "I'll honor it this time but we'll have to contact doordash next time to confirm" by Edward the "manager". I've been a manager in food service and the way he spoke to us was disgusting and disrespectful. You take full responsibility as a manager when you mess up and not just say you'll honor this time but not the next time it happens. Outright horrid way to be a manager. I was missing a drink and popcorn chicken, however they didn't seem to keen on getting out the replacement and we still waited another 25 minutes until they got it to us. Only then did we realize again they gave us the wrong thing. And when we told him, Edward acted as if he did nothing wrong and said "I don't know what you want me to do" Uhg.. make the right thing. The one I actually told you was missing??? It's not hard to be a respectful human when you mess up like that. They made the right thing and this time it only took less than 5 minutes. Time management and customer service is not a strong point with this location. Edit that I didn't know- Edward made my fiancé pay for the popcorn chicken AFTER WE ALREADY HAD ON DOORDASH. He's an absolutely terrible manager. That's poor customer service and just disrespectful.
