We started coming here when the Lufkin store was closed. Staff members are never the same folks so consistency is not a word that I would ever use for service or food preparation. Inside the dining area is not particularly clean and most times the tables are in desperate need of a good cleaning. Blizzards are the best bet and most often we are pleased with them. The Lufkin store is not any better so we will likely continue coming here and adjust our expectations accordingly.

Something needs to be done about this place. After reading all the reviews, I still gave it a chance. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for about 8 minutes. 3 cars are behind me at this point. A lady comes on the intercom and says sorry about that pull around, never took my order. I pull around and there's 2 cars at the window. My total wait time was 20 minutes and I ended up driving off... never was able to order!

service was awful. went through the drive through and only got a tender basket. Took around 20 minutes and i had to pull around and come inside because of how long it was taking. When i came in staff was on her phone and didn’t make much of an effort to get my food to me

Nothing is ever working... One time the fryer wasn't working another time no chicken or steak. Today I placed an order at the window and was told to wait. 30min later I go in and they haven't even attempted to make my food. I received a refund! This used to be a good Dairy Queen but has slowly gotten worse and worse! Will not return to this establishment.

Every time I have gone there ,they make me pull around and wait in the front because I order food and not just ice cream and they say they'll bring it out to me when ready. I always wait at least 15-20 minutes if not longer and I don't understand since it's chicken and steak fingers. I rarely go because of that since I already have an hour drive from work back home. Well yesterday they were out of chicken and steak altogether and my husband was upset so I went today to get it instead. Called in advance to make sure they had it this time and they said yes. Then I order both and she says oh sorry she was just told only chicken no steak. Okay fine whatever I'll do all chicken. I pay and of course I am told to go to the front and wait as aways..well I am a very patient person so I continue to wait and wait...and wait and 20 minutes pass. I wait some more and then finally I'm fed up and go inside after 30 minute mark only to walk in on them all standing around by the drive thru window visiting and the girl that took my payment immediately realizes and is confused looking at the cooks and all they say is they don't have anything on their screen back there and I simply asked for a refund and received it. She was very apologetic of course and nice but that is completely unacceptable for any establishment. They saw me sitting out there (without a single soul eating inside) and should've at least wondered what that customer was waiting on. When she was getting my refund she said sorry their screens had went off in the back ....wth does that even mean... So after having to drive an hour to get home I also wasted 30 more minutes waiting patiently for food that was never even started .......I will never return. This was the final straw

For the past 3 times I have been there either the fryers weren't working, they didn't have any chicken or steak baskets and just today I waited 30 minutes for an order then went inside to check status of my order and the staff was just standing around talking. They hadn't even started on my order yet. Will never go back there again
