I eat at this Arby's maybe three to four times a month. My experience with them has generally been consistent, with the only issue I can recall being the time they forgot the cheddar on my Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Normally, the fries are fresh, and the orders are accurate. I usually get the Beef and Cheddar with curly fries, but occasionally I try something different.
Today, I decided to switch it up and ordered the #9 Chicken Bacon Swiss combo to go. It was 11:23 AM, and the restaurant was quite busy. Since I ordered something that required cooking, rather than the quicker Beef and Cheddar, I expected a slightly longer wait. While waiting, I went to get a drink but noticed there was no ice. I approached the counter, and the worker kindly got some ice for me.
I waited long enough to finish my glass of tea, so I returned to the counter to ask for more ice. Once again, the worker politely provided ice and asked what I had ordered. I told him the Chicken Bacon Swiss combo, and he said he would check on it. A few moments later, he returned with my order bag.
Since I live 30 minutes away, I grabbed my order and headed home. I started with the curly fries, which were hot and fresh, as expected. After I finished the fires, I opened my sandwich and took a bite. Something felt off. After taking another bite, I realized there was no chicken. The sandwich had bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauce—but no chicken.
I was already 15 minutes away from the store, so I decided not to go back, but you can imagine how disappointed I was. I enjoy Arby's and hope this doesn't become the norm for this location. I gave 4 stars based on previous experiences. It would be 1 star if it was for only today.

I have gotta leave this review due to how impressed i am with this location this is the only place i go to eat in this town they provide excellent service and excellent quality food always friendly great employees my order is always correct fresh and on time YALL DO A GREAT JOB HERE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK So i live and work in Huntsville and barely eat anywhere in this town die to overly poor customer service poor quality food and rude and employees but this Arbys is perfect
