Horrible Customer service. Do Not Go. Abigail the manager is rude when she's explaining her Assistant General Manager Tiffany's policy, there's nothing they can do to verify my missing items. They should hire competent employees who can ensure 100% of the order is bagged up together but it's my fault I didn't call the night of so they could verify. Called corporate and filed a complaint for Abigail's rude attitude and got my refund process that Abigail swore there "was nothing we could do for you" Not once did she apologize for the issue.

Took 50 minutes for a small order and us asking for them to bring our to go order out and then it was wrong. We asked the girl at the bar where the food was and she didn’t even look at us she turned away and was talking.
Super disappointed on how bad this place is turning.

I have only dined in here. It is smaller than some other B-dubs I have been too, but food quality is consistent, and the staff are usually very attentive. And of course there are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sport.

Really happy you use tallow but way too expensive traditional wings were okay the naked chicken was horrible we tried 9 sauces unfortunately we didn't like any of them.

Decent food for the price. Service was a bit slow, considering how empty the restaurant was. Burgers, chicken strips, and fries are really pretty easy foods, though. Go early in the day unless you like trying to eat while other tables get very loudly drunk and complain about random sports bets/games.
TLDR: Nice enough restaurant, some clientele get absolutely wasted within 15 minutes of being there.
Vegetarian options: There aren't any.
Dietary restrictions: They will listen to restrictions, but actually ensuring the food is safe for consumption is 50/50. We had someone with a severe allergy, and they forgot. Luckily, we got another incorrect order of fries, so they ate the mistake order instead.
Parking: The parking situation at this establishment is quite awful. I recommend parking to the side or around back as the front parking is shared with several stores. Which results in a lot of traffic and has resulted in a few wrecks.
Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid friendly establishment due to the aforementioned clientele. Though, I did see at least one person bring their child in while I was there.
Wheelchair accessibility: The location is entirely wheelchair accessible. However, most of the seating is not wheelchair friendly as the tables are high tables.

If you pick up your own food, or eat there, it’s great. Do not trust delivery. 4 of my last 5 delivery orders have had missing items. Anywhere from no chips to go with dip, no big deal. To an entire serving of wings not being included and having to reorder.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE. We Door Dashed dinner from here and not all of out order arrived. THEY DON'T CARE THAT IT WAS DINNER! They offered a "partial " refund for their mistake, but it does nothing to solve the fact that it was DINNER!!! Food that we ordered from them so that we didn't have to get out and now we will have to get out to get stuff for our dinner. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! Oh they are "sorry". I heard that a lot, but nothing to fix the issue. They refused to door dash the missing items at their expense. Participation Trophy Generation. I swear!!!
