I’ve been to this location several times. The food is always good, exactly what you would expect at Buffalo Wild Wings. The drinks always taste good. However, every time I come the service is terrible. Everything takes forever. I have watched my drinks sit in the well for several minutes at a time while my server walks right past it. Very seldom will your server check in with you. You’ll be lucky to get more than one refill on your water. It’s a shame for the business because if the service is better, I would be spending much more money there, but if the server never comes to check on our table, I can’t order anymore drinks. I think this location should take some time to train their servers more thouroughly or hire a more seasoned staff. The only time I have received good service here is if I sat at the bar. The only reason I come back is if I’m craving the wings; its just a shame that the service is so unbelievably slow.

Food is good the waitress for some reason she wasn’t in a good mood we thank her when drinks came in but she didn’t seem to hear us or want to talk back. She rolled her eyes when we asked her questions about the menu.waitress name Laura

Arrived offered a table but asked to sit in the bar area. There was absolutely no one in the bar. We sat at the table and my wife went to the restroom by the time she came back we were still not waited o. Or even offered menu. After al.ost 5 minutes bartender came over and asked us what we would like to drunk. I made the statement that finally after 5 minutes and she ignored my comment and said sorry i am the only one here. I said well it took over 5 minutes and she rudely said I said I am the o ly one here. I would understand if they were super packed but we were the only ones in the bar area!!! When we said we were leaving she just walked away!! I guess they were so busy with one table that they could not handle the crowd! Never again

My pick up started off rough with the cashier , being unbelievably rude. Britany changed the entire experience, she saw that a doordasher had been waiting for a minute and was asking everybody waiting what she could do for us. She was on top of things and apologized profusely for her coworkers behavior. Thank you Britany!! a girl just wanted her wings and she delievered.

Went around 5:00pm on June 14 didn’t get our servers name but she was heavier set, younger, freckles, pale, and we were sat immediately to the left of the front doors. We waited on refills for over 15 minutes. She was too busy talking to another table with her friends and SAT DOWN to a table of her friends while we had no drink in our cups, but refilled the other table multiple times walking straight past us. The other table in her section kept trying to get her attention, but she was ignoring them as well. She wanted nothing to do with our table and just went straight to her friend’s table ignoring the rest of us. Waiting over 15 minutes for a refill is completely unacceptable. She took our drink order then immediately walked away to her friends without asking if we were ready to order or wanted an appetizer when we were ready to order so we had to wait for her to stop talking.

The chicken wings were the best. Burger was good too. Will visit again.
Came in for posted happy hour to be told they don’t have one …. Every beer we asked for they were out …. Just the normal Sam Adams, Crawford Bock … but gave us a really flat Shiner…. No water, no silverware, no appetizer plates, told us the Teriyaki sauce was horrible don’t order ours … asked for it on the side anyway…. It was great 😆 just no don’t go … waitress said they took Happy hour off the menu…. That was printed on the menus and the table top standing flyer

First there was a hair in my food. Then there is a sever with brown and blonde hair that just keeps shaking her hair around all the customers. It is very unprofessional and nasty. Yes my wings were remade but that is not the point. Hair nets should be worn

Horrible Customer service. Do Not Go. Abigail the manager is rude when she's explaining her Assistant General Manager Tiffany's policy, there's nothing they can do to verify my missing items. They should hire competent employees who can ensure 100% of the order is bagged up together but it's my fault I didn't call the night of so they could verify. Called corporate and filed a complaint for Abigail's rude attitude and got my refund process that Abigail swore there "was nothing we could do for you" Not once did she apologize for the issue.
