Even though it wasn't busy at our arrival we waited in the drive through at the window for almost 10 minutes for our order. Other than slow service, the food was amazing, fresh cooked, juicy burgers and great chicken fingers!

We stopped there on a long trip. This was the best burger I’ve had in a long time! The fries were perfect and the cook, Marquise wore gloves and got our order perfect. Justine, the manager was very professional and helpful! When we pass through the next time, we will stop in again!,

Free Up

Don't ask for them to help you or do anything early....they don't have lunch items even though they are offered on the menu. Oh no only breakfast....then why does the menu say I can buy a whopper along side of it? Not friendly and don't care about customers. Avoid this place

Showed up 40 mins before close the man said he was going to have to wait for 15 mins before he could even start cooking anything. After asking from his car if we were paying cash or card…. I didn’t even wait around. That’s ridiculous it would have taken to closing to get our meal prepped

Horribly slow. Ordered 10 minutes ago from the app, Still don't have order. Walked inside to pick up A dozen cars in drive-thru served before this order is ready. And its not a special order and its for 1 person. Big Failure BK!!!

The employees are very bizarre. They all seem like they are high. The guy who took my drive through order was singing the whole time, not in an endearing way but in a kind of creepy way. When I pulled up he was still singing through the mic. 😬 My chicken was also very hard and tough to chew like it had been drying out under a heating lamp for a while. Overall a very strange experience.

First of all, I work in customer service lets just start there. I completely understand we all have bad days but this...we walk in and off the top I noticed that the guy working up front was acting strange so I tried to engage in conversation while my child made her choice. Crickets...hint taken. We ordered and asked for a large oreo shake. The manager happened to be walking by, and he said we only have one size. So I guess he wasn't gonna say anything. Then, when he made the shake, he was acting like it was our fault that the shake was messy. Of course his co worker said that's how he acts all the time, which leads me to believe that he should either get more training in front counter service or he needs to be moved to the back. The service with him was horrible because after he made the shake and started acting like it was a problem, he became a problem for me. I won't go back, and if you go and see a dead soul standing at the counter, that's who I'm talking about.

Just left this location, and the young guy taking orders at the front counter has little to no customer service skills. We're not looking for the red carpet, but at least a hello. How r u? I work in customer service, so i understand you have crazy days, but not with new customers walking in. His coworker said he's always like that, which means he should be in the back away from customers. We ordered a large oreo shake with childs meal, Mgr walking by said they only have one size while he's standing there staring and when he made it he acted like it was our fault it was messy. Then, to make matters worse, he threw the condiments in the bag. We will not visit this Burger King ever again.
