How does one order a simple diet lemonade and just get basically pulpade. Come on chick fil a. Paying 6.50 for 2 large drinks is already a stretch atleast make sure its fresh smh.

This chick fil a is known for their slow service but today they really out did themselves for their slow service. I arrived with my boyfriend to eat a lunch before working at 1. At 12:26 we’re decided to order our food for dine in on the app since there was a long line and not to overwhelm the workers. Something that was also supposed to be a fast service turned into us waiting 40!! Mins to get our food. Guests who also came in the same time as us were leaving when we barely got our food. My boyfriend ate his food so fast while I had to take it to go, and eat a cold meal at work. I wanted to have a nice lunch with my boyfriend turned into an annoying outing. The manger when have brought our food did not comment on how long it took us to get our food or apologize for the inconvenience and service we had. Before this my boyfriend did go and ask where our food was when a young lady told him it’ll be out shortly and gave him our drinks still 10 mins went by before the manger brought our food. I never like to get upset we customer service for working in retail but some constructive criticism is owed. Having to wait in curbside for a sandwich I had ordered at another date for drive thru was unacceptable but I brushed it off bc they were busy. But this chick fil a is just horribly slow

Last night I DoorDash the simplest meal which I got over stuffed in one bag but we got something extra as I spent the night throwing up and wondering wth is happening thinking to myself laying on the bathroom floor for thirty minutes in an un air conditioned bathroom shivering after realizing I ordered chicken forgot to check the chicken before eating so please be careful some people don’t pay attention and will give you food poisoning not a fun experience and probably won’t order here again ever

So I have been a customer for Chick-fil-A for at least 20 years this restaurant has uniqueness about it. The struggles with the staff I've actually gotten the wrong order but with it being drive-thru you're 5 mi down the road and you can't turn around also have had the same experience with bad biscuit in the morning will there be no way that it was fresh that morning.
Was treated poorly by Karen manager, told me to move my truck, stating I should only take up one spot, which is not illegal. (Double parking is parking NEXT to someone that is parallel parked).
The only reason i parked there was because they got my order wrong. Which i returned to my vehicle, then noticed they messed up the rest of my order.
She should not go outside of her professionalism because of her OPINION on parking laws. Maybe get your orders correct.
Update: chicken soup was disgusting, clunps of weird meat, got refund after 2nd bad bowl.
Local cop bodyguards tried to intimidate me as well.

Y’all need to do some serious work on fulfilling orders. Almost every time I order, y’all get It wrong. Tonight I ordered to wraps with fruit cups, a salad, and nuggets. $50 order and you didn’t check to make sure all the food was there! Do better!
