The Pepermit milkshake is a sugar bomb 💣 It should come with a warning label. I am not diagnosed diabetic, but this caused a serious 😳 reaction in my body. 93- 99 grams of sugar!

Was very disappointed in the service we received tonight. Placed an order on my wifes app this evening and went to the drive thru to pick it up only to find out at the ordering spot she had made the wrong selection and it was placed as a carryout. We were told the order could be given to us at the window, but then get to the window and we are told that if the order is placed for carryout, even on accident, then it must be retrieved from the carryout area. We then had to go park, get out and go wait in the restaurant even further for our food, only to find out the food was waiting closer to the drive thru window than the carryout counter. I understand if there are policies for your restaurant, but at some point customer service should come first. I was very disappointed and quite frustrated at how we were treated. I love chikfila and typically get great customer service everywhere I go, but not on this day.

With no mobile app pickup line, using the mobile app for pickup is pointless. You’ll be thrown in line to wait with everyone else ordering. Don’t waste your time.
