First time at this location, but it did not disappoint! The chicken is so delicious, hot and fresh it was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly!

I was treated terrible ...my. 10 piece chicken was hard!! I called to complain he hung up in my face!! You will see me again....this is outrageous...I will find out how to contact headquarters😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 and refused to answer the phone ..i want the whole order refunded!! You ought to be ashamed of yourself

Was excited to eat here but this location is terrible. Chicken was still pink and cold so couldn't be eaten. Mash potatoes were cold and tasted old. Gravy had a rancid taste to it. Coke tasted like something died in it. A total waste of money. This location is unsafe

We got shorted two items and manager/owner would not replace missing items. This was the last time I spend money and get ripped off at this place. I have spent 100's of dollars for great food at this location over the years and to have the owner insist that he and his drive thru attendant are correct and my wife and I are wrong over a drink and side of okra missing from the order of just under $30 says a lot about the way he feels about long time customers.

I love Chicken Express, and I don't mind driving across town to get chicken from there. They have become quite pricey ....but that's anywhere now days. I ordered chicken tenders and gizzards, and they were cooked to perfection!!!!!!!
