This is the one consistent sandwich shop in Huntsville, matter of fact this is definitely top 3 places to eat at in Huntsville. You got places that’ll serve you cold food, places where the food is stale, places where the workers don’t care, and this place has been back to back good food every single time. At this point I’ve been ordering from this place on a weekly basis, I’m lowkey addicted but I don’t care. The sandwiches are TOO good. I used to be an avid subway customer but then I got hooked onto firehouse, and it’s the best decision I ever made tbh.
Food is filling, it’s warm and crispy, the sandwich meat is juicy, the tomatoes, the onions, the pickles, all of it is just 100% deliciousness. ALL the workers here need a raise, especially in this city cause Huntsville is not that good when it comes to food places. Firehouse is a gem.
