I have eaten at this Freddy's location several times the staff is friendly and the food is well prepared! This location can get busy that is the only downside but the wait is worth it. Today's I went through the drive through and they even gave my dog a Pup Cup (vanilla custard and whipped cream).

Haven greeted my friend & I with a smile. The restaurant was clean & the food was delicious. As a new’ish customer, she was patient & explained to me every detail on the menu & guaranteed me that my whatever we wanted could be created. Oh it was so good. We used the drive through on this visit. The young lady that took our order and served us had tremendous customer service skills. Freddy's burgers are always good, but I am taking the time to post this review about this team member. She was tremendously respectful and looked me directly in the eye as she took my payment and gave us our food. She smiled and thanked us. I take note when a fast food chain drive through drive through staff provides quality service! Thank you.

I ❤️ Freddy's hamburgers!!! I think having hamburger meat smashed so thin and crispy you can almost see thru it is perfect, then they also have shoestring fries with Freddy's fry sauce!! Goodness, just writing about it makes me want to jump in the car and go!! The shakesand onion rings are another thing that is a can't miss. Order them, yummmm. The ice cream is a custard style and certainly worth getting. Order it and ask them to hold it until you're ready so it doesn't melt while you eat your wonderful burger, then just let them know you're ready and bam! It's made, no waiting. My only complaint is that the closest Freddy's is at least a 30-minute drive! Bummer. Oh well, if I leave now, I'll be muching down soon!! See y'all there!!!

Everything was good but the poor girl at the front wanted to be anywhere else other than work it appeared ? we weren't sure she could speak. Maybe she was just having a bad day ..if so someone should have assigned her elsewhere for a bit . Also do your shakes come with whip cream ?

This was our first time eating at the Freddy's in Huntsville on the way home from spending Thanksgiving in Dallas. The restaurant was cutely decorated for Christmas already making the atmosphere cheery and festive. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. It was a very nice break from driving.
