Daily lunch specials change every day. Good sandwiches. Cloud 9 the drink is to die for. I get mine made with caramel instead of chocolate syrup.

I was unpleasantly surprised upon entering this place. It’s dark and dingy. There were 3 little tables and a pile of boxes. In the next room, it looks like a grandma’s hoarder house. There’s a counter with all kinds of paper and junk on it. 4 more little tables, and a bunch of cluttered shelves. It kind of looks like a head shop — if your hoarder grandma ran a head shop. We were so put off by the appearance of the place, we got our order to go. The sandwich was pretty good. Very fresh bread. But I would not go back. I’m betting these people have no restaurant experience. I’m also getting either the health department closes them down or they go out of business. It was the strangest, junkiest restaurant I’ve ever been in.

I cannot speak for this place as a restaurant but as far as a health store it seems good but flawed. CONS: It is in need of some SERIOUS organization and cleaning. I can't remember the owners name but he is like a walking encyclopedia of health knowledge, if you don't agree with him I would suggest you just thank him for the info and move on because I don't think he's interested in others opinions (I can't truly say though because I did not have anything to disagree with due to my lack of knowledge.) He definitely seems to be a little pushy and just expects everyone to take him for his word and trust that he knows best without explaining too much. I think the store is a reflection of what is happening in his head: a lot of information with little to no organization. Luckily he knows where everything is! PROS: This is the first health store I've seen in a long time that carries so many dried herbs and they are sold by weight! I love that soooooo much. The owner has started his own brand of health supplements called Cloud 9; I have only tried one of the products and it seems like it's quality as far as I can tell. As long as he (the owner) is right (which he seems pretty legit) he has soooo much knowledge is seems to truly care about the quality of what he sells along with sharing information, if you can keep up. Overall I will definitely be back, I will just have to remember that I need to be relaxed and in a good mood to deal with the disorder and energy.

This place is horrible they always run out of things like soup and chicken salad also there pimento cheese is the nastiest stuff I've ever tasted the owner Blayne is blatantly rude and disrespectful toward customers arguing with them which you shouldn't do and they blatantly ask for tips which you also don't do its up to the customer if they leave a tip I won't be back I can spend my money else were
