This is one of the best restaurants in Huntsville. They are consist, the food is delicious, and they have great waitstaff. The only downside is that it's too small and isn't great for small children. That being said, it's a Huntsville staple.

I am guilty of enjoying the best food and service at Humphrey's several times a week.

Went there in the afternoon, and there were serving a few breakfast options and nothing else. We left.

Service is always hit or mis. The ladies never seem to know the specials or the prices. Always a surprise when the bill comes

Server was not very good and food for the price wasn't great but there isn't much to eat in Sam Houston.

This place wowed me and I've worked in the food industry for almost 20 years from hole in the wall eaterys to 1732 steak houses and every aspect of this place was outstanding the only critique I have is the music is a little loud it could be brought down about 10 to 15 decibels and every thing still be amazing just a little loud guys lol but apart from that 10 outta 10

Super cool little local spot. Tons of younger folks but the food was great and the service was on point. The drinks could have been a little stronger but it's a college spot so I get it. One thing is that I noticed alot of stray cats around which was super badass being an animal lover but nobody gave them their leftovers and that's the only thing that disappointed me. Otherwise a great spot. Huntsville hasn't failed me yet, surprisingly. CHEERS!

While attending the Huntsville Fair on the Square, we stumbled across an incredible food truck that we just had to try. Not being from the area, we were thrilled to find such a delicious option. I ordered the gyro, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had. The meat was perfectly juicy and packed with flavor, seasoned just right to create a truly satisfying bite.
The toppings were fresh and added the perfect crunch, and the warm pita made everything come together seamlessly. What really impressed us was how quickly the food came out, especially with the hustle and bustle of the fair. The service was efficient, and the portion size was more than generous, making it a great value for the price.
Even though we’re not locals, this food truck made our trip to Huntsville even more memorable. If we’re ever back in town, stopping here for another gyro will be at the top of our list. If you’re visiting the Huntsville Fair or just passing through, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!
Oh. My. God.... This is the best find I've found in awhile as far as a great spot to eat goes. Most of the restaurant is outdoors. So pick a beautiful day and try it out. You won't regret it. I got the fish and shrimp basket (best catfish ever except my papas... flaky and beautiful breading was so good), my husband got the cowboy burger with jalapeños he said it was outstanding (the onions were sweet and caramelized to perfection, the beef burger was flavorful and didnt just taste like meat but kept the seasoning flavor), the homemade fries were so much better than regular or potatoes wedges. Like a perfect medium. Hush puppies ?. We also got the southwest egg rolls prior and the spinach artichoke dip. Both were something I wish I had the recipe to. Only thing is eating outside comes with dealing with the weather/insects but they really weren't that bad. And weather was cool enough. The service was good too. Friendly, got us everything we needed, no problems whatsoever ever. Music was just a little bit too loud. But outside of that I loved it, so did my husband. 10/10. Well be back.

Excellent atmosphere! There was a small band when we went. Excellent $3 house shots and drinks and a decent variety too.

It's a college bar, so you know what to expect. What sets it apart? The food! I graduated from Sam back in '08 and it's still going strong. It's a must stop when I'm back in Huntsvegas!
