Late nights late evenings late afternoons, whatever the case maybe, if you are looking for a sweet treat, this is the place to go to. Cookies, brownies, ice cream, etc. they got it, and for a good price too. The people working up front are honest and sincere people. Always respectful, always humble, and always fair, especially the manager Kell. I’ve interacted with Kell on multiple occasions, and he was always on point, straight forward, respectful, humble, honest, and fair. A stand-up guy, and diligent man with family values. Store was always kept clean, and the manager was always friendly and welcoming with a nice smile. Would definitely recommend 20/10 service.

I ordered online for delivery and they were quick. I didn’t even catch the driver drop off the cookies, so I was quick and called the store because I thought they weren’t delivered. Come to find out he left them so quick I couldn’t even tip the guy. I felt so bad but shout out to Mo he’s a g.

Best cookies ever and the fact that I can get them at midnight, even better!!!! Double chocolate chunk and the oatmeal walnut chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favorite!!!!
We were traveling through Huntsville TX and had a craving for sweets. We saw this place near the university and stopped by. Best cookies I've tried in a long time. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Also, I've located a store in Houston that I can visit and munch away. Sorry about the picture, I didn't take one of the inside ?.

Dude was super helpful. Wasn't busy, and large portions. Great tasting cookies and even better tasting cookie sandwiches.
Usually this place is great but I went during business hours and no one was there…. I suspect someone was hiding in the back as I heard noises but I walked right in and half the lights were shut off and no one came to the front
I would like to note this is not the first time something like this has happened, one time previously I came during business hours and the door was locked and as I got into my car, another car pulled up and out came two employees that unlocked the door and walked in like nothing was happening

The ice cream is fine but there’s always an issue with the employees. This time I went in at 11:15 and asked for ice cream they said they don’t serve ice cream in the last hour before close. I asked why and was told that they would have to wash the dishes again (what an ice cream scoop)????? The last time I went in and asked for minterstellar ice cream they told me they were out so I went to leave and they asked if I wanted them to grab it from the back???? Like yes I asked specifically for that ice cream. Are they allergic to doing their job???
