A very obese young lady forgot my order and thought it was funny that she cannot do her job. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IN HUNTSVILLE TEXAS Miserable service. Menu torn up and parts not even there. Didn't have potatoes they said. (Asked for wedges or waffles they said no to both before telling me they had no potatoes ) I was cool with that and asked about fries because they come already cut and ready to fry and they said ya we have them so I said can you just use the fries in place of the wedges. They said no. I asked to buy a side of cheese they said all other Jack's have them but they don't. Maybe they are bad maybe they are racist against people not Latin Idk....either way it's very bad there. Don't go. There are numerous other spots to go to when traveling. Do not go to this jack. They are usually out of stuff any normal fast food place would have, don't clean and don't help customers. However they are never out of bad attitude and laziness.

Horrible customer service. The place is always dirty and super slow. Then after finally receiving your food, the manager argue with you about taco sauce. Yes. Taco sauce. When I order tacos. Just save yourself and skip this place

Brandy m the front counter lady on 2-17-2025 at 8:11 am was horrible this lady needs to be fired, she’s very hateful and rude the front counter sets the whole mood for guest and this was very horrible. Please address this situation

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the employee who took my sister’s order today. Yelled at her to order sauces at the window… new to us. Cussed my sister out and was yelling and screaming out of the drive through window.. we ended up leaving before we could even get food. I’d recommend a reevaluation of employees here and some proper training could be put in place. Insane behavior.

We came in from Arkansas we asked for some specific things but they didn't have them anymore. (Extra teriyaki) but they were very accommodating. This was the after midnight crew. Way to go Jack for hiring such great people!

Very poor customer service. Instead of taking my penny they insist on giving me 99 cents in charge. I asked the manager for her name and she asked me for my name first and then refused to give me her name after I give her my name. The manager is very unprofessional looking like a mess with her shirt not tucked in and no name tag.
