Okay although my shakes were good the customer service was very sorely lacking. I would even go as far as to say kind of rude. Quite literally the epitome of the bare minimum.
The wait time to make my order was terribly long. The server struggled immensely with multi tasking. None the less I patiently waited an kindly ordered. Had she been more personable the wait time would have been gratefully overlooked. Directly before walking in there was an atrocious smell coming from the trashcan. Not even the normal bad trash can smell this was other-worldly, bad.
The small shakes are 5$ I got 5 of them for my large family. Will likely never go inside this location again. Never had a bed experience in the drive thru

Went through the drive-thru ordered a chicken Munchie Meal with a Sprite chicken tenders meal and two tacos the munchies meal had regular fries and curly fries and the tenders meal had regular fries regular fries tasted like they had been sitting out since about 6:00 a.m. curly fries were the only thing fresh tacos were not bad chicken sandwich with so dry like it had been sitting out for hours I am so terribly dissatisfied with the prices that we paid and the product that we were given

Just lulled up couldn’t hear then when I finally understood I asked about where there ice coffee was and she said in the refrigerator where its supposed to be! Well since we have a rude management team and this location I will never eat in another jack in the box again and I will be posting the video to my social hub and my combined 17 million follower might be inclined to do the same since this company clearly doesn’t need the business and the owners could care less which shows with some of the worst reviews

Saturday June 14 2025 9-10 PM light skin girl and Hispanic girl on shift think it’s cute to not take their job seriously. This is a small town no one wants to go to their favorite jack in the box and have little kids playing in their face. They were given very clear and simple instructions and still couldn’t follow through. Had to walk in TWICE because they missed items. They had the most unhelpful attitude “too good” to help customers…didn’t give a receipt on top of missing food items and when I went in for service they spoke not even one word like talking to a brick wall. What was supposed to be a quick and fun trip to satisfy my families cravings on a chill Saturday night turned into a very unpleasant experience. Do better.
