food was okay. that lil black girl in there has a horrible attitude. when we arrived and walked in , it was dead silent while we walked all the way ( passed her ) to the meat case to order until i said " so we just gone stare at eachother?? " then that's when she finally decided to ask what we wanted to order. i should not have had to say that and when customers walk in they SHOULD be greeted. the ambiance was alright , slow. and that white bearded , supervisor looking dude is just as rude as her. he snatched my money from my hand as i was going to pay but swore he didn't. overall terrible experience. won't be back. if yall don't like y'all's job, you people need to stay home!

I love this Jersey Mikes! Such a good team! They work so well together it seems. Anytime I go in I am greeted and served friendly and efficiently. I LOVE their Watermelon Tea. It’s so good it is usually what I am going in for. The amazing sandwich is just a plus!Parking: Parking is close to building. Parking lot is small. Be careful in this parking lot, tight parking spots allow for limited visibility. Lots of close calls if you aren’t paying attention.

Overpriced sandwiches - over $7 for a MINI! Added bacon and paid almost $2 for ONE slice! Two mini sandwiches with bacon added, two chips, and a drink cost about $26! I will say they add a lot of meat but it's nothing special. The parking lot in the strip center this place is located is a crazy busy - beware parking and pulling out. Not horrible but not great.
Kasey and the team this Labor Day demonstrated immense amounts of patience. Not only was it very busy, but there was a customer ahead of my boyfriend and I who was making outrageous requests and demanding ridiculous services. The workers were patient and never showed any attitude or frustration despite it being completely valid if they did. The customer was unbelievably rude and disrespectful, props to them for keeping it cool.

I ordered online to save time as we had a limited time for lunch. When I arrived to pick my order up I was told, not only was it not ready but it had not even been started. Since it had already been paid for I had no choice but to wait. When I asked for a phone number to speak to the manager, the employee raised his voice at me saying. We were busy!!! I ended up getting what I assume was a fake number as I called and simply asked for a call back and never got one. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Marco at.the Huntsville store deserves a big raise! He is a very special guy. I stopped in last week to get food. I was having a bad day. My dog had been to the vet and was andnstillnis very sick. I ran out of gas while I was there. Marco, helped me out of a big bind. He ran and got a container and put gas in my car for me. He was very professional and did it all with a smile. I can't thank him enough. I was able to get home to my sick dog at home in Trinity. Thanks again Marco. Melissa Jarratt

So I love Jersey Mikes, I go all over the place and have visited many around the North Houston area. This review I’m doing is specifically for the Huntsville store. Normally the people that work here are super happy and excited to be at work. This just shows that not all Jersey mikes are the same. Not a great experience at this store. I will not come back.
