Well. Where to start. I placed my order in the app at 6:13pm. I arrived at 6:50. Sat in the car for 15 minutes. It was supposed to be ready by 7. Wroooong. We got out of there at 8pm. The manager, Ada is horrible. Rude to customers, even worse to the two new employees she was training. The cashier it was her VERY FIRST day. She is the only reason the service got more than 1 star. But every time she needed help with things Ada would give her mad attitude and was very snappy with her and rude. It made EVERYONE who was in the lobby uncomfortable because she was extra LOUD with the disrespect. The poor cashier looked like she was going to cry several times in the hour we stood inside. She was not helpful. She made that poor cashier AFRAID to ask for help. On her first day. Can you imagine? That’s not how you treat employees. And then the way she spoke to us customers. The constant attitude and eye rolls to DoorDash drivers trying to get their orders. She kept slamming everything on the counters when it came out of the oven. She damaged multiple pizzas because she was slamming things so hard. Every customer who’s order she brought out front she slammed on the counter too. She straight took over a dozen pizzas and THREW them in the corner behind the counter, behind the tall pizza lock box things. That’s not how you train employees. That’s not how you treat or speak to employees. That’s not how you treat customers or handle the food. She was just the worst. Very unprofessional. She needs to do better or she needs to be fired and replaced with someone better.

I ordered my food on the app at 6 the app said my food was made and ready for pick up at 630
I try to go there and the address on Google is a mess as it keeps taking me to a completely different place. It took me 20 minutes just to find the place so I arrive at 7 pm to get my food and they say it's still being made. Granted there was a VERY large order being picked up as I arrived
And considering that there's only 3 employees in the whole store I am not surprised. The employees were all busting their behinds trying to get orders out and did very well handling all the impatient folks waiting for their food but I am EXTREMELY upset by the lack of proper information to even FIND this place as well as the abhorrent understaffing
This isn't an employee problem it is a managerial problem and there needs to be more employees because honestly this much work for 3 people is obscene

Rudest, most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Do not order from here if at all possible. Shift manager wouldn't talk to her guests, would belittle and be rude when asked a question and wouldn't stay off her phone instead of helping to prep orders.

Super slow nothing is hot and ready the cook doesn’t even cook he just stands around 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ 1:00pm and nothing ready is wild don’t come here oh did I mention I couldn’t get all my change because apparently they didn’t have any what a joke

Among the best of hot and ready that I have been able to get, there were more than a couple people in the lobby all of whom seemed like awful people to deal with the guy behind the counter, nice enough, and when I offered him a tip, he politely refused and said that he’s not allowed to accept tips. What kind of restaurant Owner doesn’t Allow their employeesto accept tips?

Order is over an hour late and counting. Tried calling but the number took me to an out of facility location where the clerk could not pull up any information. Clerk tried calling the store and the store did not answer. They use doordash so I tried calling the dasher multiple times before trying the store and they didn't answer. Pretty sure I just payed $22 for stress instead of food cus that money seems to be gone now. All I can say is the gentleman on the phone was as helpful as he could be and was very apologetic for the situation.

We asked for pepperoni and beef pizza and they put maybe 4 pieces of beef on the pizza. Pissed me off then they didn’t even cut the pizza smh

Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Watch the lady in the back make 2 peperoni pizzas with no gloves on. Ended up not ordering.
