Solid BBQ and sides. Nothing bbq is not supposed to be. I don't like when places try to fancy up bbq. They don't do that. It's just good bbq.

We had an event catered for 400 people and I can’t say enough great things about the service and food that was provided. I would highly recommend you check out the food!

It's a great place for brisket sandwiches and more. It's on the hill across the street from Walgreens. He serves cooks and serves out of a red train caboose. He does have limited days and hours though. I believe he's open Weds thru Saturday (not sure about Sat or about time but he's not open but a few hours). May be time is10:30 or 11:00 am to 3:00 to 3:30. Anyway.... CHECK IT OUT.

We went to Lone Star BBQ after eating at city cafe(great burgers). I had by hubby stop for some smoked bourdain and it was DELICIOUS!!! OMG!! they are a good size. Eat them until we got home. Now I regret buying four links. I will be back!! From Humble TX.

I thought my sister cooked the best brisket one could hope for but his gentleman nails it and is the best. He also has pull pork, smoked chicken and sausage. He's across from Walgreens on the hill and it is definitely causal dining. He serves out if a train car, a caboose I believe, and has a picnic table you can eat at or sit while you wait for your order. I try and go there at least once a month! Next time I go by I will try to remember and post a picture.

Very casual outdoor eating establishment. Food is very tasty. Smoked meats prepared on site. Server/Cook is friendly. Definitely try again. Although adjacent to streets, the location is on a hill above traffic.

We had sliced brisket sandwiches and smoked boudain.It is probably the best we have ever eaten. Please give it a try, you will not be disappointed. ?As an added bonus, the man was super friendly. ??

We made a special trip to Huntsville from Conroe just for a brisket sandwich sandwich. Well worth the drive!!!! The brisket was so moist and tender you don't need your teeth in! Just kidding! But it is right up there with Killen's!!!! We'll be back!
