$16.99 Pollo De Lacho... (I believe is the name of the dish). Grilled chicken, shrimp, crawfish tails, diced ham, and mushrooms, smothered in queso and a house sauce over a bed of rice. This dish here is a vibe! I've always loved the environment here. The staff are always kind. I eat very slowly and usually never finish a full meal in one sitting. Here I am, never rushed to leave.
The chips were hot, fresh, crispy and not too thick. The red salsa was good; I'm not such a fan of the green salsa as it was avocado based rather than tomatillo based, but decent enough if you like that style.The frozen strawberry margarita was very tasty and well balanced.I chose a ranchero chicken chimichanga for my entrée, and it was exactly what I expected and wanted, except bigger! It arrived with refried beans and rice, which were also exactly what I expected them...
