Was going to place an order online but decided against it because the payment page demands a tip..... I'd give a tip after I receive my cookie not before. That's just nonsense to demand a tip from your payment portal before services rendered. That's more like extortion.

Beyond disgusting and disappointing. We ordered through Door Dash. The mint ice cream was half melted. When we opened it, it literally splattered out of the container. It had an odd taste to it. They didn't have what I wanted in the cookie selection. What I did receive was just "meh". A complete waste of money.

Anyone who's buying cookies from a cookie shop has different expectations from someone buying a couple dozen from the grocery store.Tasty, soft cookies in a dozen varieties. I forgot to keep track of what I was getting but my favorite was the one with pecans on it. The rest were good but I don't know if they were substantially better than or different from a grocery store's offerings.The price wasn't bad, though: 6 for $12. They say "buy 5, get 1 free."

My sons cookie cake turned out amazing and was delicious as always. Got home only to have the cat walk on and lay down on the box and ruin half the dinosaur design. Took the cake back to the store to see if they could fix it and told them we were willing to pay whatever the cost (My son was crying his cake was ruined). Not only were they able to fix it on the spot but they were nice enough to not charge us. They made my son’s day twice and I’m super thankful for the workers at this location. Quality and customer service is on point. We can’t thank you guys enough for saving the day.

Ordered online. Received call stating the heart shape cakes are only available during Valentine day. Also, was told that the cake batter would be an extra charge in the store. Do not order online.

Good cookies, love their double doozies. Wish they would open one in Conroe since I only go up to Huntsville once a week and that is the only opportunity I have to enjoy Great American cookie.
